I'm new to the forums here, so a hello to everyone!!! I have a question about being able to delete a score from your practice rounds. I entered my last score for the wrong course...got distracted. Wife was asking me questions. My mistake. Anyway, is there a way to delete the score?
On a another note, I just want to say....what a great site. Kudos to everyone running it. And to those who are coming up with the great course designs. I've tried, but not anywhere close to the courses that are on the site. I know how difficult it can be. And time consuming. HB put out a great game and everyone involved here is just making it that much more interesting. Makes things more exciting trying to beat somebodies score.
That score by the way, a 65(-7) at Harbor Island Black. Possibly one of my best rounds to date. Toughest course I've played. It's like trying to stop a super ball on a mall parking lot...the greens that is. Shot a 76(+4) there last week. Albeit, in stronger winds.

Don't blame nantez. There was a gravedigging advertisement that dug up this ancient thread and has since been removed.

The only time you enter a score is for the tournament that you are playing.
If you entered an incorrect score, there is no way to delete it. The rule is there because we feel that it should mirror a real life scorecard where you sign your name for the score you played.
If the incorrect score is HIGHER than what you actually shot (Ie you shot 70 but entered 76) then the higher score will stand. (The 76). If the incorrect score is LOWER than what you actually shot (IE you shot 70 but entered 66) then you will be disqualified from the event.
Yes it is harsh but many of us have done it and learned our lesson. That is what happens in real life as well so it is pretty accurate. I hope that answers your question.
