 Welcome to Jackdaw Heath. The 32nd entry into the 2020 World Cup of Design. Hopefully not the 32nd best course in this special field of entrants. Jackdaw Heath sits at an enjoyable 6,830 yard from the back tees. While not long by today's standards (both in real life and TGC), this course will ask questions of the player at every available opportunity. There are some devilish greens to enjoy and shot shaping is required in places to achieve the best results. Please excuse the default conditions, this course has been designed in the Highlands theme. The course is best enjoyed with Very Fast greens and Firm fairways and greens. There is no preferred wind direction as the layout and routing allow the weather conditions to be a factor from any direction. Enjoy yourselves guys and girls. Group H is deep with quality and if Jackdaw manages to advance from the first round, I will be a very proud designer     |

Great course! Extremely challenging, very unique look and feel to it. Liked how you did the splotchy rough textures all over, very cool palette choices. Super challenging greens! I really like your routings. Best of luck to you!

Lovely course really enjoyed my round' Gd luck in the rest of the comp.. make sure you take a look at hole 5.. Great play through pal! That pin position on 5 is destined to promote hole in one's if you land the correct side of the hole so well played there. |
