Tees; Gold- masters/ pros (long) blues;- masters (short)/ Pros / beginers (hard) Red;- beginers / pros easy / masters...( dont be a girl)..
Default green speed- 182 Fairways- v firm Wind- low / medium

Spectacular work, planting is top friggen notch, the routing exquisite ....
Bunkering for the most part outstanding, a couple spots for me personally I didnt dig how they were cutting into other textures and it caught my eye mainly on that last par three.. I understand what you were going for, but the transitions from bunker directly into green looked a bit off due to the texture meshing together but it took NOTHING away from how great I think this work is WONDERFUl design and I told the DAM boys in our chat
Jamie came to friggen play boys...
congratulations man, this is purely outstanding work and I dont know what group you are in but they better bring an A game
way to go Jamie, loved the course
OOOH, one last thing.. those greens... YES SIR.... good god I wished I had the forethoughy and a smidgen of ability to design greens and sculpt greens like that... They are tough but they are playable and thats hard as heck to get right, and for me you nailed it

Good luck in the contest sir
Hey Terry. Thnx man, glad you enjoyed your round. I agree with the textures meshing.. it’s as good as the designer allows I think... but I’m still a bit of a novice with the ins and the outs of the designer so maybe somone could correct me if I’m wrong. But thanks for the feedback man, appreciate it bud👍

Bruh. Don’t sell yourself short! You’re no novice.
Excited to fire this one up. One of the ones I was looking forward to
EDIT
Yep awesome job here. Aesthetically you nailed it. Lovedddd the look. To your point about doing what you could with designer, I completely agree. I don’t think you could have done it any differently.
Golf wise, this was one of the harder courses I’ve played, but you did it the right way. Love the width off the tee, but with those greens you REALLY need to pick the right spot. The greens were obviously difficult but I thought they were great in rewarding well placed tee shots and/or good approaches (I didn’t LOVE 14 pin 1, but by no means was it bad or illegal. Just thought it could have been mildly tamed)
Overall though, great job. Courses like this make me want to play them a lot because of the challenge.
Very nice course, man those greens are tricky. Could not break par, played pin 2 on very firm very fast greens. GL in the contest

Hey meyo, Thanks for the play through bud. Your course set up was almost as hard as you could of played it apart from high winds.. the default green speed is 182.. and that’s fast enough lol Thanks for the round and hope you do come back to try those other pins, thnx again 👍
A NOTE- For those who may not know, I know some of you do... BUT.. Courses on the Melbourne sandbelt are renowned for their bunkering and bunker complexes. One of the standout features of ALL of these courses is that the bunkers are cut directly into the playing surfaces,.. fairways and greens. That is the reason for me cutting the bunkers at frankston directly into the greens and other surfaces. I get that the transitions aren’t perfect... but in keeping with the authenticity that I was looking for I thought it best to carry this through to maintain the truest sandbelt experience. Thnx.
sroel908: And as someone who's rangered/scheduled hundreds of courses, trying out a wide range of conditions, I can say with certainty that green speeds do have an impact and definitely matter.

sroel908: Green firmness is more about how the ball interacts with the putting surface when you hit an approach into it. A soft green is more receptive, and will allow more backspin than a firm one. A firm green will have less bite and more rollout.

meunier33: I have seen 135 greens that putt like they are 170. Therefore, we can conclude that green speed does not matter.

meunier33: Why isn't there a green firmness meter on the score bug? Green firmness matters much more than green speed.

meunier33: I still play this game like it was the game before 2K21. Up until this month I have never tried to change anything about how I play the game. It has made me worse trying to adapt also.

OldManGaming606: The biggest swing adjustment and best for competitive golf IMO, was 2k21 and addition of tempo.

Art Vandelay: each time the game has been issued (TGC, TGC2, TGC19, etc) the game play changes. Some more than others. You have to adapt. Or go away, like some have.

Wutpa: I think a lot of people here have figured out what your problem is, and it's not what you think it is.

meunier33: EG the best swing used to be hard and low and not a high swing like it is now.

meunier33: Im finally figuring out what my problem is though. I play the game like it used to work 4 or 6 years ago and I have trouble adjusting to how it now plays

zooby97: Is that all meunier33 does is COMPLAIN? Will you please ditch the game so I don’t have to see the complaints anymore, wow!
