We are a bunch of moaners, aren’t we? 😂😂😂 It's nice to be part of that great family.
By the way, I shot -12 at the promo event just after. Sorry for my Bunzies, but I should have play in the reverse order.
This morning I shot -9 in the promotion event (not planning on being promoted but wanted to play anyway), and then
Rd 3: -5, when I needed -7. Birdie free and wasn't under par until I eagled the 9th. Couldn't make a putt anywhere and couldn't hit it close enough to tap any in.
I was going to play the 4th round but I was a little, shall we say, put out, so I'll try that tonight.

Noticed the Waterdudes were the first to play all 16 rounds. Again. Ben must be a secret fan. Surely qualifies us for a discount on next seasons fees? Or perhaps a Lucky Luke badge for being quick shooters?

SkyBlueBen Ben, I'm not sure if you keep up with this but I just got promoted to CC-B. I do Wade, always handy if I need to go looking for scores. And Congratulations!

SkyBlueBen 4th round -5 Two bogies on the front 9 were cancelled out by a birdie on 6 and an eagle on the 9th. It took until the 13th hole for me to pick up anything else then got 3 birdies in a row before shooting another on the 17th. I think the main negative from this course is the back sloping greens, you have to be accurate to get the ball stopping close on some holes. I haven't got your 3rd Round Pat.

Saved me from the blob I thought I was nailed on for. Very much appreciated Chuck.

When I look at the leaderboard and see guys shoot from -10 to -14, I think it can't be the course that's the problem. So I ask what do these guys do differently from us, do they practice every round in that round's conditions? Do they change their clubs for each round to combat different pins and conditions? Is their course management better and they know how to avoid using the weak side of their game? Or is it simply that they've practiced more so play the game better? Maybe it's all of the above or only one thing they do that we don't.
Then I've got to answer the question am I willing to accept the level I'm at or am I going to work on improving my game.

I practiced all four pins but only under default conditions because when you look at the weather report it tells you the conditions but not the round they will be used on. I also put the two wood in the bag to reach three of the par 5’s but it didn’t help me on the 9th in the last round as I hit it through the greens twice, yes I didn’t learn from the first shot 😒

SkyBlueBenWell I have read the thread so no point in complaining as most players agree about the conditions. As for playing in these conditions I don't go all the time for the long ball but try and find a club that can get me close to the hole. I try to land the ball within lob wedge range. Rd 1 -8 Rd2 -10 Total -18 at the turn. Good luck all yet to play and enjoy the pixel golf.

Doing so would require you to play the same course 8 times in the one week, which is something I've not got the desire to do.
