Out of retirement for a moment to make this course for the community. A playable beta for Greater Good GC is up under the name "GGoodBeta"..
Still a bit of aesthetics need to be done and some clean up but the playable course part is done for the most part.
Any feedback would be great and thank you for all everyone has done.

My notes
1: may want to revisit the fairway to green transition, looks off by the front right bunker.
2: big green for my taste. You have some bunkers that cut into other textures on the first 2 holes, but so far the way you have done it is totally awesome. Thumbs up. 9 box on pin 1
3: green trans by rear bunker. Starting to think in general, a little more consistency with the size of bunkers would improve aesthetics
4: not much to say
5: mixed on the tee shot view. What I see looks nice but I know nothing of what lies beyond. I think the trees blocking out the line towards the green are a hindrance to the hole. Just an opinion on that partly decided with a 17 mph tailwind straight at it
6: supreme design for a par 5 here. Nice hole. I think i might have more fairway to the left of the fairway bunker. Players would then choose that premium angle vs a shorter approach. This hole is a good length to make that a big question indeed
7: not much to say
14: my approach was blind with a 14 headwind off the tee. The fix for that would be a lot of work especially considering all of the work you've done along the left. Something to think about though
17: this hole is too short hahhahhahhaa
18: fairway hazards not visible from tee or approach.
Overall this is a good design. My opinion is that the bunkers are a weak point for you (as they are for me) but being more consistent about the size and shape will help. I hope my notes are useful in some way and if not feel free to disregard. I joined justin in this so he may be by shortly as well

There's still aesthetic work to be done so the bunkers will improve a little as I go. But bunkers aren't perfect IRL so I won't stress too much over them. I do like having a blind shot here and there from the tee or for an approach. It's just something I do for a little realism and challenge. Same for not having every bunker visible from the tee. It is intentional but i will take a look at that 14th hole. 17th is awesome Got to have the right club in the bag. In no wind, driver is too much. No such thing as bad feedback though and i will peep the things you mention. Thanks bud, appreciate ya.

Just a couple thoughts most of which we discussed in chat. But for the stuff I couldn't remember here's the link. It's mostly just repeating stuff that was pointed out on my own beta and some things I saw.

Played through it last night, had a lot of minor technical notes, but nothing I'd consider serious, just nitpicks. A couple of the greens felt big, but #2 is the only really egregious one in that regard. The bunker style seems to jump all over the place, and there were a few borderline pins and uneven tee boxes. But it played well throughout, and I enjoyed my round. Nothing I'd worry too much about unless you were in a design contest.

The course is far from finished, many of those issues will be addressed. About the size of the greens. Event schedulers love to change the setup and max firm/speed and wind for every course it seems. With that in mind, I like larger greens for the player’s sanity. Thanks for the input though, always appreciated bud!
