-19 (58,65) after 2 rounds including my first sub 60 round on the KFT.
Wasn't hitting anywhere near as many P/P shots in the second round but hoping for more fortune at the weekend

First event for me on the KFT. -9/-8 but left a ton of putts out there. I hope a -17 will make the weekend, I think it will. Long ways to go with the sticks. I do enjoy that I don't have to sort between masters/pro club users anymore. Although that makes the leaderboard twice as daunting.

Garbage round 2 for me. Tempo all over the place. First missed cut on KF for me. Missing my pro clubs. Not having much fun as of late.

Hang in there, that's how all of us xboxer's feel on the pro tours. Adjust expectations a bit and you will eventually learn to enjoy the good rounds, and accept the bad ones. It all depends on what you're trying to achieve. Is it to play with the best on the Pro tours or be a big fish in a little pond with Pro clubs on the CC tour. Either option is a good option if you're having fun. Good luck either way!!

Not understanding the tempo issues is the main frustration. I feel like I hit one fast and then it is a slow or very slow. Then I feel like I hit perfect and it’s fast. Wondering if I need to also pay attention to how hard I’m pulling the backswing as it may be affecting tempo on downswing.

Wondering if I need to also pay attention to how hard I’m pulling the backswing as it may be affecting tempo on downswing. That's exactly what I've come to realize. The back swing tempo must be matched up with downswing. There's no real answer to how difficult tempo is on xbox. I promise you all of us are fighting it as much as you, but we are just used to it. You are going through what we did months ago. Truly, it's not fun, but if you go to the range and hit every club in your bag until you get a P/P it will slowly give you a feel for the tempo. I do this every couple of days. It can take 5 mins, or it can take 20 minutes. The point is it helps you get a feel for tempo. I some times go through twice staying on each club till I get P/P. But to answer your question, I'm 90% sure your backswing sets the bar for your downswing. Welcome to the brotherhood of suffering xbox master club users
Example to how your feeling: This week I shot -10 rd 1 decent tempo, shot -4 rd 2 bad tempo. Now sitting right on the cut line waiting to see if I make the cut. If rd 2 was good tempo I'd be in the top 25 at the moment. Crazy, but reality. You could get 100 other xbox players that could tell you the same thing. Tempo is a B!$%&! But I still love the game

Well I totally @!$#ed that up!!! After a great -13 start I followed that with a -9 to set me up nicely for the weekend....and then it went tits up!!!!! -4 halfway through round 3 and I decide to flop backwards and forwards off the green on one par 4 and walk away with an 8!!!!!!! Finished the round with -2.....out of contention I then went for everything round 4, couldn't care less after that 3rd round and shot an -11 which could have been -15 if I didn't lip out 4 at around 8ft! This bloody game I tell you will be the death of me 😂😂😂
Anyway I finish -35 wondering what might have been.....

Similar story for me aron, pretty sure it was that same game green that put the nail in my coffin - long par 4, narrow raised green. Rookie error this week, changed to pro clubs to ranger some cc courses, then rolled straight into round three, tempo was off for about 10 holes, I couldn’t get within 15’ which is where I need to be to get birdies. Made the cut though, which is always my target!

I didn’t use pro clubs, but I was still swinging with the same happy freedom that you can do with pro clubs ~~~~~~~ but can’t with masters ——————

My own fault and has cost me 4 shots!

-40 for me this week. May be my last week here (for now) but I have a feeling it may just miss out on top 10. My best putting round for a long time on the Saturday but I struggled a bit more on the Final Round, making my only bogey of the week...
We shall see whether I’m here or not next week!
