Pretty nervous teeing up for my first Korn Ferry round, missed a gettable putt on the first and three stabbed from 20 feet on the second, i walked to the third level par and frustrated. The nerves then left and a solid round followed, only two bad swings over the remaining holes and I handed in a -12 card. Very happy with that. Lovely course that makes you think from tee to green, I presume the wind is about to pick up so i’ll struggle from here on in. Happy swinging y’all

Not entirely happy with R2. Was difficult with the wind but the double on 6 was so unnecessary. Missed the green on the right (suddenly the wind didn't affect the ball as much) and after a bad flop I tried putting from the rough. That's not a good idea and certainly the last time I try that. Even if it's just 1cm of rough. Then in 2 on the green on the next hole, 3 putt for par. After that I though it's not gonna be my round but kept my concentration and fought to - 8. Positively I made another cut so that's good.

Not entirely happy with R2. Was difficult with the wind but the double on 6 was so unnecessary. Haha. Indeed sir Mick...aren't they all unnecessary. Looks like the 6th is the 3rd most difficult, at least after 1st round stats. And yes, the high winds in r2 were "fun," agreed.

So how are you doing so far this tournament? -22 halfway, so I think I made the cut.

Opened the car door and as i feared the wind was howling. 3 putt on the first, which is proving to be a tough hole. Shot of the round was 2wd to 3 feet on the second, which set up an easy eagle, got to the turn in -1 thanks to a number of curling 10 foot par saves. The back nine was Operation make the cut, play it safe! Was judging the wind well off the tee box and birdied the last three to walk off -5 and -17 at the half way mark. I’m going to need a lot more practice in high winds to score well in these conditions but I’m very pleased to have made the cut. Happy swinging y’all

Started off strong in R1 with -7 thru 10 but then had a bogey and double to limp in E on the last 8. More consistent in the 2nd round but a couple missed short putts that could cost me the weekend as i'm riding the cut line.

Had a really frustrating two rounds, couldn't find any rhythm through the first 27 holes (-4 w/11 birdies, 5 bogies and a double). Then got -8 in the back 9 of my 2nd round, birding every hole apart from 14 to put me on -12 for my week, and just missing the cut.
Frustrating to miss the cut, but given I resigned myself to 1 or 2 demotion marks this week, I'll take being in the 'safe' range.

-22 halfway, so I think I made the cut. I played your ghost- and you got me by one on each round... in part to a missed 3' putt in rd1, and a 4' missed putt on R2#18. I'll take -20 after 2... but I know I'll be kicking myself after the tourney is over and it's the difference between a promotion mark or nothing.

Didn’t make the cut by much in the end, every shot is precious at this level. Felt good striding to the first tee, a little breeze but much easier to deal with than yesterday. 7 under after 7 holes, good approach play but the putter was on fire. The middle section of the course, holes 8-13, haven’t seen many birds from me all week and that continued today playing them in -1. Attacked the last 5 holes and was rewarded with 5 birdies. Taking chances paid off today, very happy with a 59. I tried driver off the deck for the first time, probably gains a few yards on a 2 wood but is it worth it for the smaller target area? Happy swinging y’all

wow, looks like the -15's made the cut by the slimmest of margins. it looked at 11p when I finished that the cut was moving to -16.

You know what, I am so used to missing short, kick in putts it hardly bothers me any more. Worst part of my game. Maybe I should use my old man prescription glasses when I play, ha.

Very pleased with my first week after promotion from CCB. -39 and currently sitting 7th. Few still to play but would be delighted with a top 10
