Welcome to Lake Chatuge in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia and Western North Carolina! Chatuge (pronounced shuh-TOOG) is famous for it's world class forest mountian views and fishing and is home to some of the finest hiking trails you'll ever set foot on. It's also home to our brand new Mini Golf park, appropriately named Chatuge Trails Fun Park!
We are located on the North Carolina side not too far from the Two-Lane. When you pull into the gravel lot you will see our pavilion and welcome center where you can stop in for refreshments and putter rentals during regular business hours. Be sure to bring cash for the goodies though, because unfortunately we do not accept credit purchases or EBT at this time.
From there, you will take a short hike on our trails to the first tee. 18 beautiful holes await you on this nature filled fun-time family golf excursion. When you're finished with your round, be sure to return your putter and feel free to soak up the sun on our glorious beach or fish for some trophies from our beautiful shores. If you're lucky, you might get to witness a tournament on our brand new regulation beach volleyball court!
So grab the kids, get your swim trunks, your fishing pole, and your picnic basket and load up the car for a visit to the mountains! A perfect day trip from the ATL or wherever you may reside!
