Seems to contradict itself -the bullet point says one thing and the example says another unless it's accumulative but then you REALLY get juiced if you end 159th and get THREE demo marks. What you are saying is you get ONE deleted for being in top ten AND another one for being 2-100? Of course when 50 more players play 4 rounds today and I get booted out of the top ten it would make a difference Nothing contradicts itself. 159th would get 2 demo marks, not sure how you calculate 3. The point is that you will get +2 marks if you do end up staying in the top 10 of masters.

I like the course this week. An excellent challenge. Lots of risk/reward holes, but a fun course. And the good thing is - everyone is playing the same course. -7, -2 after two rounds. Managed to put two balls in the water in one hole during the second round, or I could have finished with a -6. Hope I can keep this up, maybe even finish in the top 25.

A tale of 70 holes and a tale of 2 holes. Managed to play 2 holes in +10 and the other 70 in -29. Aargh. Felt like the golfer from Tin Cup. Hit it in the water. Try again - I will definitely clear it this time. Oops - just missed!! If I only hit a little bit to the right, I will be fine. Oops - okay. Maybe need to lay up!!! LOL But a course I really enjoyed. Lots of holes where you can "go for it", sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Wait til next week!!!

Lots of holes where you can "go for it", sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Honestly this was a course management course if I ever saw one. I'm pretty sure I know what hole you put it in the water on, that hole was a nightmare because laying up still left you with a long shot. Was my first week on masters (PC), ended up -25 which is a relative success for me. Wait til next week!!!

Struggling on the course this week. Not sure what it is (other than the fact that I am a poor golfer! LOL). More often, just seem to be saving par rather than going for birdies.
Everyone else seems to be doing pretty well, but it is kicking my butt a bit. Three rounds in the books - one to go!!

OK - I'll start it off - I like Club de Golf Alcanada. Not 100% of it's a fun course with how glaring hole to hole issues. I love that damn sidewalk on the first hole! I like the fact that I use my 2W off the tee more then once. A couple trees will be cut down by management off the tee once the public have had enough LOL
SO SO lucky to not get a demo star - bad year for me. I shall not make a million

I shall not make a million I dont comment on courses as they are difficult to complete and it is demanding ending uo with a course that everyone enjoys but I agree with you... this course could have done with some micro sculpting and less manufactured difficulty......... and by the looks of the xbox society thread there are other players with even more harsh words than ours

Finally able to come up for air after a rough month at work. Was able to (mostly) get my tournament rounds in, and that was all.
Liked the course this weeks. A few quirks, but overall pretty happy. Finished in (i think) 53rd. Heading for a -9 on the last round, but managed to bogey the last two holes. Ouch!!!
Onward, as they say!!

Didn't realize we had a thread here about our tour...more places for me to read and spend time with my words

Strange comp for me.
R1 was pretty decent with a 63. R2 was terrible, posting a 71. I wasn't giving it my best attention and I got punished! R3 I scored a 66. 1st hole was a shocker scoring a double bogie but recovered to get a 66. A 64% driving accuracy stat again showed how I struggled with the wind. R4 with no wind was a dream! I ripped the course up and had 100% driving accuracy and posted a 58. 1 putt slipped by which I should have sunk and another 32 foot putt was <1 from dropping in my best round for a long time.
-30 finishing score.

Totally book-ended the tournament this week with a pair of not-great rounds in the middle. Seems to be the story of my brief career...two strong days tempered by two mediocre ones. Mad props to those folks who are throwing high 50's and low 60s up there round after round.
