A new grovey31 course ... yes, please! Looks great Adam, and this is on my to play list for today! Thanks for playing and it was really cool watching your stream earlier. Shame about the 14th coming over as a par 4 when it shoulda been a 5.... wait, does “par” even really matter....?

Adam,
Had a chance to play the course and if i were to be a member at a course, it would be this one. super walkable, tight layout, sporting, low profile fairways with awesome green complexes. so many great looks across the course with the fairways snaking all around. Really enjoyed this one.
Kind of has a melbourne sandbelt vibe, kind of pinehurst, either way great synthesis of of the visuals.

Was really, really enjoying my round on this course. And then I aced 12 and really, really, REALLY enjoyed the course. Course was fun to play, fairways and greens were sculpted really well, and it's got a cool, unique look. I'm sure I'll be back for more rounds. Great work.

That’s awesome, congrats! 12 was one of the first holes I designed and built and definitely one of my favorites on the course. Thanks for playing and glad you enjoyed it!

I love tight routings and really focus on being able to see multiple holes from the one you are playing. I think courses in the Sandbelt and of course Pinehurst do this so well. Also took some inspiration from Old Sandwich for the environment. C&C are just legends. As far as being a member, I promise to make you an honorary member if this ever gets built for real hahaha

Is this the kingdom scaramouche? Searched the kingdom and that's what came up Not exactly sure what you mean here but maybe I’m missing something haha. The course is published under simply, The Kingdom. I thought of the name a while ago but never built a course that fit the name (or vice versa haha). This one just did for some reason. The idea is that it’s a club that is only about golf. It’s a place where golf is king and that I would be happy to spend the rest of my days playing golf with my brother and friends. I also recently found a video on YouTube with Erik Anders Lang showcasing TaylorMade’s version of The Kingdom where they analyze and fit tour pros for clubs and balls. They call it The Kingdom because golf rules and their goal is to create perfection for their pros. Not saying this course is perfect by any stretch whatsoever but I tried to embody the idea of perfection which is me playing golf with my brother and friends on a cool, interesting, and fun course in a super vibey environment. Ps. If you do want to see perfection, just watch GolfDigest’s Every Hole at Tara Iti, Pine Valley, and Sand Hills.... that’s perfection. Currently getting chills....

Didn't realise you'd published this - will give it a go this afternoon when I tire of constantly planting the same green tree.

Was going to ask if you ported this but I just saw it while searching for sandbelt courses.

Just played. The environment here was as good as it gets. The movement in and shape of the fairways was beautifully done. The routing was a highlight. It had a very natural flow to it. Really enjoyed my round. A challenging course esp. around and on the small greens. Played default settings for an even par round. Started with x2 double bogeys but got my round going and slowly chipped away at the deficit. Gave it a 5 star favourite. Thanks grovey31 .

A bump from the dead here. Went in looking for a fun round before bed and was delighted to see this one ported. Loved it in 19, love it in 21. Such an crazy good, under the radar course.

Grovey is such a talent... Windstone is in my top 10 courses in 2k21 and this looks even better. Nice to see some love given to ports.
