Yeah my pars are basically par + 1. While possible to score super low knowing all of the ins and outs, I doubt anyone will shoot 35 but a few may shoot 40 if they play it a few times. As I said earlier my minimum par had to be 3, and since par is relative some holes had to be assigned a higher one. The club set used will also impact how my course plays.. as an example throughout the process on hole 9 I have always used the beginner set and pretty much eagle/birdie every time. But the first time I tried with masters today I shot a 9 as I pushed my putt slightly and found myself back on the tee. A few times. There are a few skill shots that are profoundly more difficult with masters. Buuuut I'm just going to let people play what they play. I tried pretty hard to help golfers get rewarded for the risk if they take it, make it look close when it never actually was. That's what will make it so fun. I'm hoping so anyway. Anyway at this late stage if anyone is doubting what they did as it seems too different from everyone else or whatever.. my advice to just focus on executing your vision. Minis are pretty varied in real life too. My course is so far out there it's kind of ridiculous. But I cant see anyone not enjoying a round here. I'm sure it'll be the same with all of the courses, the little nuances and cleverness you conjure. I'm going to be a big name in the soon to be born minigolf HOF that's for sure. Getting close to publish here now guys! Does masters putter go further than pro putter? I hope not as 2 of my 11 holes so far require max master club power off the tee *spoiler*

My gf played my course and had a lot of fun. Said "you might have a shot at this". Then i showed her everyone's WIP pics. She looked at me and said in the sweetest voice, "I think you're screwed".

That's kind of like if she asked you if this dress makes her look fat. There's only one answer to that question and she got it wrong. Womenz mayne..

I don’t know that there is a standard. There are lots of different ones out there.

I finally started work on my mini course tonight. Built the first 2 holes! I'm not going to lie... with the time I have left I don't expect my course to be over-the-top fancy but I think my theme is fun and "different" and it should be a good time. All of my holes will be a chance at a hole in one but they will be no cake walk. Making pars will be pretty easy but the record to shoot at for this course will be most aces in a round. I don't really plan on sharing any wip pics because I want my theme to be a surprise! not like there will be a long wait for it or anything

I know I said I'd stop adding to this a few days ago, but I went in to fix one small thing and ended adding a bunch of inconsequential things to a few holes until the designer said I can't add anymore. Surprising that I maxed on such a small course, but well worth the load time. The 1st cant come quick enough, and neither can this yung'n

My planting meter isn't even 10%. But I do still have 6 holes to make and a little planting to do. May get up to 20%

I dont even know what filled it really, I manually planted probably 50 yards around the playable area, but something else I used must have ate up the meter. Maybe benches use more than we think? Maybe the rocks I have on a few holes? I have exactly 2 multi rocks so that's not it. Or maybe I really do have that much crap in here. Hm

I spammed about 100 benches and the meter didn't move. I made the letter "e" out of yardage markers and it moved from one side of the hole number to the other.
