Welcome to The Club at Windom Ridge. This course is my official entry to the CC Design Contest. For the Contest:Blue tees are the official tees for use for the contest. Judged Required elements: 1. At least 1 blind tee shot - 4th Hole 2. At least 2 holes with zero bunkers - 4th & 11th Hole 3. At least 1 par 3 greater than 230 yards - 11th Hole Extra required elements: At least one three shot par 5 - 14th hole At least one driveable par 4 - 7th hole For the Rest:There are 4 tees on this course each one offering a challenge for varied skill sets. These are the 4 tees with recommended tour level: Black (Pro Tours) Blue (CC-Pro) Green (CC-Am) Red (Beginner) This course will take you through a mountainous forest with elevation changes and hazards abound. There are several risk/reward opportunities throughout the course and the greens place a premium on being on the right part of the green to give yourself a shot at birdie. This is my 4th design and 1st on PC so I’m really looking for constructive feedback on how to improve. Please feel free to send me a message with any feedback or post in here. This is my favourite out of the 6 I have played so far and that is not knocking the other 5 because they were all very good!

Loved the course Spartan despite struggling to +4 round, just couldn't hit my shots. Favorite hole is definitely the par 5 14th, loved the look off the Tee how the FW hugs the tree line curving left. Great job bud an gl in the contest  |

Like meyo, I really enjoyed this in spite of collapsing massively on the back nine. Was at the turn at -3 before a triple on 11 and a snowman on 12 due to water issues just killed me. I will be surprised if there are any tougher courses in this contest and I found the par threes particularly challenging. I really liked the clean sightlines throughout and loved the rock work and planting (7, back of 9, 17 tee). The bunker short of 10 was utterly brutal and was never making par from there. Might just be me, but I did putt off the green twice, which felt perhaps a bit harsh (14, I think - the long uphill par five and 18). I'll play the course very differently when I next load it up; I think there were just a lot of traps I fell into. It's a really good challenge though and best of luck with the contest! |

As I will be playing everyone's course eventually. I thought I would do it on stream and with Pro clubs as most of the streams are being done with master clubs. As a fellow contestant I don't comment nor judge your course However I can now officially say..............Job well done... I enjoyed this....good luck in the comp
