Last 16 Match 3Leon Anderson VJohnny Bollocks Leon started the match on fire picking up 7 birdies on the front 9 and parring the 3rd and 4th. But not to be outdone Johnny managed 5 birdies, 3 pars and managed to sneak in an eagle to go through 9 -7. On the back 9 Johnny hit another 4 birdies and signed off with another eagle for a sub 60 round of 59. Leon continued his great form on the back 9 with 7 birdies and a par and walked into the clubhouse with a freshly carded eagle to take him into the semi finals. This was a match where there nobody deserved to lose as both players hit under 60 rounds. But that's the downside of these events, at least Johnny will know that this can stand him in good stead for the main objective of climbing up the tours Leon Anderson wins

Final round complete. Must have had 6 putts die under the hole on me right at the end. Didn't feel tentative on them, but must've been a tad... Doubt I'll win the WC with this round (assuming my best round of the tourny got me through the semis which is not a given after seeing some of the rounds people are getting!) Great work pat! Fun for all it seems

Sorry, I only thought I needed to mention when my first round was complete. I finished my final two rounds on Tuesday 4/23. Horrible ending, just wasn't feeling it. Fun competition though!!

Last 16 Match 4Ernie Copage VChris Luck Chris started off strongest of the two with 4 birdies and a bogey on the first 9 holes. Ernie had a mixed front 9 with 3 birdies and 2 bogies to go into the halfway point at -1. Chris hit another birdie on the 11th then he struggled to pick anything else up and finished on -4. Ernie showed signs of improvement by starting the back 9 with 3 birdies and went on to the last tee 1 stroke behind. But he secured the win with a dramatic eagle on the 18th to win by 1 and advance to the last 8. Ernie Copage wins

Semi Final Match 1Glen Henderson VJulian Holloway Glen started off well with 4 birdies on his first 6 holes as Julian went 2 under through the first 6 with 3 birdies and a bogey. Through 7-12 Glen picked up another couple of birdies to go 6 under, his opponent Julian wasn't as fortunate as he picked up a birdie then dropped back again with a bogey. Julian birdied the 13th and 14th but a bogey on the 17th seen him finish on 3 under. Glen's last 6 holes was his most successful as he hit 5 birdies to finish 10 under and book his place in the 4th round final. Glen Henderson wins

Semi Final Match 2Leon Keet v JW Hamilton Leon got off to a flyer with 5 birdies through 6 holes, JW couldn't match his start but did pick up 3 birdies from the 4th to the 6th. Through 7-12 Leon managed another 3 birdies and an eagle to take him to -10, JW hit another 2 birdies on the next 6 and fell further behind. Another 2 birdies for JW on the last 6 seen him finish the round 7 under which was his highest score of the event. It was an uphill battle though as Leon finished his round with 4 birdies to go through to the final with a great -14 round.Leon Keet wins
