A course owned by Eric Nesbit after he sold his yacht he wanted private golf course got vlad mert to design a Major quality course that tested golfers. Eric so pleased allowed friends to play and put the course forward for a competion for pga. Recommended conditions as follows for all rounds please use default time and weather else you will see tree shadows pin wind direction green speed green firm terrain firm
1 high northeast default default default
2 veryhigh south default soft very firm
3 light east fast very firm soft
4 high north default default firm

GREEN 6,812 these are recommended for Pro players or less clubs play the WHITE, BLUE at own risk
WHITE 7,277 Master clubs only these tees is advised

Really awesome work Vlad. I had a great round on this course, even in high winds, from the tips, with Pro clubs, I managed a totally fair +2 round. Lots of thinking, lots of trouble, lots of really fun green shapes and contours.
Love the river under the green, I think that was my favorite hole.
Congrats on the publish, well done!
Give this one a play folks - you won't be disappointed.

I agree with Kevin. It's a really good course and certainly has some bite to it. I managed to hit 64 (-8) from the tips on pin set 1. It was nice seeing different style greens and some funky shapes that stand out from normal greens! Great job  |

Thank you cephyn and KoastinThuLife for feedback, yes those greens funky for sure if hit in wrong areas or too heavy you can pay heavy price. They was designed by keeping natural contours on some holes then smoothing pin areas this gives it some nasty areas that get wrong side its bad.

hole 1 Called Splinter Par 4 RED 402 GREEN 408 WHITE 450 BLUE 456 Two bunkers guard the fairway. Right side as long dont got to far right allows a attack green pin 1 2 3 left side is access to all pins but you have green bunker to fly on pin 2 3.    hole 2 called croft lake Par 4 RED 377 GREEN 385 WHITE 396 BLUE 404 this risk reward how far do you want attack the fairway over croft lake. Green shaped like crucifix has many traps and trick underlations get on the wrong level.    hole 3 Nesbit's plate Par 3 RED 120 GREEN 128 WHITE 143 BLUE 154 Named after the course owner Eric. This very challenging par 3 lots of trouble but also if accurate you can get birdies or aces.   |

hole 4 called blind mans bluff Par 4 RED 431 GREEN 436 WHITE 444 BLUE 449 A hole that keeps pressure on fairway bunker is nasty if you hit your not making the green and could easily hit a second bunker getting out. Even if hit fairway the approach difficult guarded by a bunker.    hole 5 called claw circle par4 RED 253 GREEN 263 WHITE 287 BLUE 293 This respite hole but dont let get into false senses this has teeth still but you should be able birdie get some respite.   hole 6 called the Green over water Par 5 RED 515 GREEN 522 WHITE 542 BLUE 550 this hole drops to 60 feet to green from fairway leaves you long shot to green but some pins in very tricky risk attacks you can always use the bailout fairway.    |

hole 7 called halipen Par 4 RED 463 GREEN 471 WHITE 490 BLUE 499 fierce bunker protects fairway how close do want to eat to drive over it. The green has some challenging pin positions need to use the contours to get to pins.    hole 8 called snake pit par 4 RED 361 GREEN 373 WHITE 390 BLUE 398 do you take on serpent head its narrow reward short iron or play safe have tough short into tough green.    hole 9 called paranoid Par 3 RED 122 GREEN 128 WHITE 140 BLUE 147 challenging par 3 that you can come away with anything. Green undulating slopes could hinder or help depending how you hit them.   |

hole 10 called tombstone Par 4 RED 373 GREEN 382 WHITE 455 BLUE 465 Regarded as the toughest hole this goes to narrowing fairway from there green elevated and has OB around it. Not uncommon players come away double bogie. From the green to the west is carmien bridge.    hole 11 called carmien falls par 4 RED 417 GREEN 421 WHITE 447 BLUE 450 Fairway again narrows to challenge the golfer accuracy. Green guarded by bunkers and water is next too carmien falls to the south viewing area is visible    hole 12 called terpence par 5 RED 591 GREEN 601 WHITE 635 BLUE 641 This relief hole you should come away with at least birdie but it is long hole only front pin might be accessible in two depending winds    hole 13 called The Horse par 4 RED 463 GREEN 472 WHITE 513 BLUE 520 named because green shaped like a horse. fairway challenging due to dogleg how far dare you bite. Green has water two sides and tough pins to attack.    |

hole 14 called rabbit hollow RED 401 GREEN 406 WHITE 445 BLUE 449 challenging narrow fairway thay you dont want miss a relief area which makes attacking pin hard. Green again has some tricky areas you dont want to end in making difficult to try putt its hole you can easily three putt    hole 15 called earthworm par 3 RED 139 GREEN 146 WHITE 153 BLUE 158 green that will test your skill at getting to pins   hole 16 called universe par 4 RED 417 GREEN 421 WHITE 438 BLUE 442 dogleg left which will challenge accuracy from tee and has some risky approach pins areas you dont want to be for certain pin locations.    hole 17 called croft monster par 4 RED 396 GREEN 403 WHITE 426 BLUE 433 approach slopes so you have to take care where you land. Green tucked in has OB left.    hole 18 called mud lake par 5 RED 432 GREEN 437 WHITE 475 BLUE 482 final hole gives struggling golfers chance of getting something back but you have hit over mud lake 2 times still challenges accuracy. Green has some contours need to use to your advantage to get to some pins    |
