It's cool Les I'll be taking all the information from the TGC Tours website, so as long as I have player's leaderboard names and forum names then I'm all good.

Great work Pat! I think my only question at this stage is do we have to have our full pairings and singles lists in to you by the 7th, or is there a different deadline for each round?

Great work Pat! I think my only question at this stage is do we have to have our full pairings and singles lists in to you by the 7th, or is there a different deadline for each round? The pairings and singles lists need to be in for 11th February 7 p.m. GMT. I toyed with the idea of different dates for different rounds but some players might not have their first rounds done by the time others are playing their 3rd and 4th rounds. So that might hamper the captain's selections but if both teams agree we can do 2 different reveals.

Thinking about it, it's probably better we get our full line ups for all 4 rounds in by the deadline. Some will have all 4 rounds played on Sunday, some might not even start until Wednesday, probably don't want pairings being decided after people have already played. But you definitely should reveal them one at a time, would add to the drama!

Someone could shoot well on the 3rd round and badly on the 4th and suggest to the captain to pick them for a 3rd round match. I should be able to do one at a time as the matches will be sorted 5 days before the competition starts.

Looks like this is only for CC-Pro members, is this true? Yes I'm afraid so Arthur, it's tied in with our tour rounds so scores can be traced through the TGC Tours website. It could be done in CC-Am, just need to get a few folk on board and get in touch with others on the forum and getting the idea out there. This is our first one so it's still a work in progress, so we'll have to see how it goes. But in the future we could look at getting one tied in with a promo event so all of CC can get involved

I've updated the OP with the player's leaderboard names.
The captains will be announced on the 4th and we are still waiting on the course to be announced as well. I've put it out on Twitter and I'm hoping to get us a mention on What's Going On? as well. I'll be trying to see what else I can do to create a buzz about the competition.
