If you are on PC, I believe there is a setting where you have to switch from mouse to controller. Go into the designer and then settings and it should be there. I will double check in an hour when I boot the game up.

If you press the right and left trigger buttons (R2;L2) does the camera zoom in and out?
If you press the right and left shoulder buttons (R1;L1), do you cycle through the menus?
Are you designing in TGC2019 Featuring PGA TOUR? In prior versions (TGC and TGC2) You had to first select "Edit Holes" before the camera would move.

Hi no movement at all with the camera all buttons
Navigation in menus is all works apart from the camera just doesn’t move
It’s 2019 and I’ve selected edit holes it selects that but the camera just won’t move
I’ve got a clip on YouTube so you can see. Mscarnfbi. Is the YouTube channel
Thanks

I dunno. Weird. I watched your video and it seems everything looks right. I would reach out to HB via their forums, either in the Bug Reports section, the PS4--General section or in the All Platforms--Course Designer section: www.hb-studios.com/forum/index.phpJust be sure to cite the issue in the subject line (can't move camera in course designer). Here is the video I watched. If a solution is found, please let us know, in case someone else encounters this. I design on PS4 and have not encountered this issue.

I've noticed something and I'm afraid to say that I don't know why it is the case or how to fix it... but you don't have a cursor target. When you are in the edit section of the three sections of the designer, there should be options under where it says cursor target and nothing is there because there is no cursor target. That's your problem. I'm also on PS4 and like Patrick I have never encountered this before.
On the video pause at 0:54 and you will see what I mean. I noticed it three times in the video, there may be more.
Sorry I can't be of more help.

I had the same issue I had to unistall the game as well as delete cloud saves on my ps4. You will lose your character and any courses you working on. I think you can publish the ones you working on and then be able to work on them after you've re-download but I didn't do this so not sure. When I just unistalled and reinstalled it didn't work only after deleting cloud saves it worked. Hope this helps.
