I really enjoyed playing The Club @ Spion Knop so thank you to the guys who play and choose the courses for us. I'm having a pretty good tournament, sitting in 4th place, which will be my best finish if I end up there and will be my 3rd promo mark. I'm going to get out of here eventually

Hi all, new to CC-G having been promoted a few weeks back, but due to a house move I've only been able to make my debut this week with a quick fire 4 rounds yesterday. Great course, had a nice R1 where everything seemed to go well and drop. R2-4 were frustrating as hell. Constantly the ball turned 90degs just in front of the hole or decided to give me phantom breaks. Solid though for first in CC-G, looking to bag my first promotion mark. Miles off the leaders though!!

Hello CC-G Tour!
I get to be your host this week as you guys take on Blunderbuss! This is my first course design on tour so I really hope you all enjoy your rounds! I designed this course specifically for the CC-am/Beginner players so I expect to see some very low scores this week (all though I do not know the conditions you will be playing in). If you guys have any comments, good or bad, about the course I will be thrilled if you post about it here! Trust me... if you say anything negative I will NOT be offended. I take all criticism very well!
I made sure the Blunderbuss staff cleaned out the locker rooms well and made them smell less like a rotten fart. The clubhouse bar is complimentary to all the tournament participants so please enjoy yourselves here! Cheers!!!
If I have any advice to offer... just play safe... hit the greens in regulation because they are not very tricked up. If you have close approach shots you will be rewarded!
Good luck this week!

Greens aren't tricked up? I dunno about others but I am really struggling with these slopes. Either over or under reading constantly. Haven't holed a put longer than 10ft in my practice round :-( Lovely course though and very well made. Defo favouriting it.

Last couple of rounds were significantly harder for me than round 1-2.Disappointed with myself for those two rounds, but I loved this course. I've had a ball playing it.

Just played all four rounds of the Goldman Sachs one... jeeeeeeeesus there is a lot of birdies to be had out there. I think those with Master clubs would be seriously benefiting from the course this round.

Played rounds 1 & 2 last night. Not a great start, missed so many birdies.

This was the first tournament where it really felt like it was beneficial to play with master's. -19 thru the first two rounds. Course is a lot of fun, feel like there are a lot of holes where there's a major risk vs. reward choice.

For a bit of fun I’m getting into some rivalry down in CC-G. Anyone else got something going? Mine is (i) the Chris’s of CC-G, I’m calling that the CCC-G tour .... got 9 mighty Chris’s down here!! Current standings (after Rd2) it is close, we have: Chris Owens = -16 Chris Woods = -12 Christophe Broccovich = -12 Chris Powley = -11 Chris Walsh = -11 Chris Lane = -10 Yet to tee off: Chris Ross Christian Evrard Christopher Wolf

It just means you can compare yourself against players that post here and not just a name on the leaderboard. You can have a bit of banter here and all you would need is player's names and someone to check and post scores on this thread. There's a few happening in other flights and some inter-flight competitions as well. You could get a team of you together and challenge guys from CC-F and CC-E. Just a suggestion for you.

I would love to be a part of that, this G thread has been the least active lately of all of them I think.

I would love to be a part of that, this G thread has been the least active lately of all of them I think. I'm not in this flight to set it up, but if six of you can arrange a group and someone to check and post scores on this thread, it's a start. So if you mart280 loturavalentus Lego King Dog gregkael jjbuzzotta can get something going we can give you ideas to make your tour rounds more interesting
