Greg Norman was planning on building a course at the base of Ayers Rock, a popular tourist attraction in the middle of Australia.. But i got there first lol Uluru golf course is now open for play.... Uluru is what the aborigines (native australians) call Ayers Rock. The Aboriginal flag is red yellow and black,,, so the 3 colours of the tees are based on the flag.. You can drive in from Alice Springs or fly in with the hotels helicopter service. enjoy your round, should test all skill sets, and enjoy the view

Well, I think I am qualified to judge this course: 1. I lived in Alice Springs for 2 years 2. I played golf in Alice Springs 3. I stood on top of that rock 11 years ago! lol
Just had a round there and It's a pretty good representation. Just wish the bunkers were red sand. A little issue with hole 15, a par 3 that is unreachable. 299 meters (327 yards) on player clubs with a tail wind, I couldn't get there. Apart from that, I enjoyed playing it. Keep up the good work!

Judging note: Ayers Rock has a hole (15) that changed to a par 3 when published and its supposed to be a par 4, so please don’t ding him for a 327 yard par 3, because it was actually meant to be a score-able par 4. Thanks!

I've never seen a course pull off low light as well as this course does. Amazing setting. Glad you got there before Norman did (he was probably too busy admiring his nude body in the mirror).
