I just started a society, we finished our first tourney but the game did not pay out, and when looking for current season pt totals, it doesn’t show a current season?
Is this normal? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Rob it's such a long time ago since we started ours but I remember it wasn't all smooth sailing. Just in case this is x-box specific I'm going to shout out to Ken Wise coggin66 president of the x-box Seniors Society. Ken's a bit younger than me and his memory is in better shape Hope he can help.

On the seniors on XB1 it sometimes takes a while (up to a day or two) to fully update points, etc.
Sometimes it will also sit on closed "Just Now" or "Event Closes Shortly" even though the deadline has passed.
Try adding another event. It should just come up as a second event in your current season.

Ken I have 5 more events scheduled. We played the first one, and are now playing the second. It’s our first season.
However, I did set up a trial season to learn what I was doing, and ended it to start the real season. Could that be the problem?
Thanks for responding, I’ll give it till tomorrow, then try to contact HB.

If you've closed the previous season then you will lose all history of that season.
If you've closed it before the last event was officially closed it might cause the non-payout of the last event.
I normally check the Events played total on the season stats to ensure all events have updated.
On the seniors we normally try to leave a day or more between one season and the next to give the old season a chance to properly close (and to avoid today / tomorrow start date issues on the first event given Peter and I are both in Australia and "in the future" according to the game!).
Edit: If the issue is with event 1 of the new season then just wait a couple of days. Have you had the screen that shows you the final position of the closed event where the options are Leaderboard or Done?

I don't think this is Xbox specific. Quite often, I will go to one of my societies to play the next tournament, and the previous one has not paid out. Sometime it takes a couple of tourneys, and I eventually get paid for all tournaments participated in. In short, I believe this to be a server issue.

bogeyman, coggin66 and crushtastic. Thanks guys for the quick responses. The first tourney has processed, but my point totals have not populated yet. I'm sure they will be there tonight after work. I'm sure it will all work out. I's just my society is time sensitive with point totals as I need them to seed players for a Match Play tourney after 7 events. Again thank you

I don't know if the problem is the servers themselves or the code written for data retrieval from the servers, but either way it is incredibly slow responding to most anything. Whether it is updating the leaderboard or searching for courses, the response is very much like using dial-up internet. The leaderboards updating have been horrible. Maybe HB can call EA and purchase those Rory Golf servers for cheap.
