Have to give up on the third hole of the second round, think I've ended up in a spot I can't get out of and there's not much point to continuing after taking a 12.

Are you guys playing multiple rounds on it? Had I known it was going to be used for society events I'd probably put in some OoB areas since the unplayable option can be a bit dodgy.
Sorry to hear I had a bad pin there. This was just me trying to have a bit if fun in the designer as I had lost motivation for a whike. Honestly didn't put my full attention on all pins.
Hope you guys can enjoy it either way

Hope you guys can enjoy it either way 4 rounds, and I have to say my hubby and friend played with me and we truly had a blast, the winds were a challenge. Good way to end the season. Shot 1 over while Tootall shot -8 and hubby was in the lead until Palo showed up on the leaderboard and burst his bubble , hahhaa. Great fun. Very Challenging course and pins.

So in a stretch of 5 holes on the back 9 of the first round today, I missed putts from 4, 7, and 9 feet, and made a 40 footer.
Also can't seem to make an eagle putt, despite a bunch that were pretty good opportunities, missed an 8 foot eagle on the second hole of the second round.
Also missed a 5 footer, three 10 footers, and 11 footer, and lipped out a 25 footer in the second round.
FINALLY sank an eagle putt on 18 in the second round. Ended up 4 shots back of the lead, frustrating since I missed at least 8 putts of 10 feet or less.
OTOH I was playing in the Open For All society event afterwards and missed a 4 foot putt 27 feet long and off the green. Then holed the chip.

Did not expect to get back into this one after a -2 back 9 in my first round, and having had 3 3-putt bogeys (one from 6 feet) plus leaving an 11 foot putt 4 inches short.
Then I went -6 over the last 4 holes, holing out for eagle on 17 and making a 20-something footer for eagle on 18.

Congrats.. as for me I have lost my touch lately getting my first strike in ages in the tour, playing terrible in societies. I blame it on the back issues I am having, trying to sit at a computer while in pain and enjoy oneself is a bit tough. Never will be as good as the big boys but was holding my own for a while there. Hope it returns soon!

Man, things were going so well in my first round at the start. Then on 9 I had a pair of shots from a bunker and some heavy rough which were supposedly 80-90% lies and I hit it less than 50% of the club's range, had to make a 20 foot bogey. On 14 I had a fast downswing and missed the green then hit a flop about 3 yards and had to settle for par on a short par 5. Then I missed birdies from 6 feet on 15, 4 feet on 17, and 6 feet on 18. Ended up settling for a 61, should have been in the mid-50s.
Second round started -8 through 10 and finished -9. Blech.

I don't know what is up with me, I can't do diddly in society lately. It is nice to have different winners on the top of leaderboard. Just won't see me there anytime soon

What a pleasant surprise it was for me to check in on the society to see what course was being played and see Holeshot- thanks for that Carol! Was a lot of fun playing a couple of rounds on the 2nd course I ever created, and certainly hope others enjoyed it, as well.

Fast note to members and friends, there will be a bit of a *Cash* drop in the society. Meaning I will take your entry fee to refill the bank I prefer to be up over 250,000 so I can offer decent returns back to you. I will continue with the 20,000 bonus. Some rounds you will give me all of the entry fee of 300 per tourney or half for the time being, unless someone is willing to help and donate monies back they have won to help us continue to grow and offer some good coin for taking a win here and there. Many thanks in advance to those who do. I would like to mention a few.. 2tootall deathstar @ab1980 hughjasskoda Alan Hughes(Alan) and AceMorphious(Marty). Sorry don't know all the tags but hopefully you will see that I am very grateful to those who donate/or have donated in the past and IF I have missed mentioning you here please forgive, I am old, I am tired(of losing) and my brain has never been the same since I smoked my first joint..... (j/k)

Argh, absolute disaster of a 67 in the first round, 3-putt bogey on 1, went OB on 12 and double bogeyed, missed a 6 footer on 18, left a bunch of approach shots short of the green.
First hole of the second round I had my second fade shot of the tournament and ended up inside a rock, but saved par. Birdied the next 4 holes then put my tee shot in the water on 6 and bogeyed. Missed a 6-footer on 7. Narrowly missed several eagles down the stretch but I played pretty well from that point on and finished with a 59, but I was really just too far behind after the first round to have a chance.

Once again I do nothing impressive, but Hey looks like I might win in CC-A this week and will be heading up to the Web Tour. Been a very very long time since I even came close to winning. Just waiting on that word *final*
