Q.
How do we know that someone isn't just playing multiple times and restarting whenever a round goes bad and then choosing to submit whenever the score is good enough?
Honour system?

Yes, that's the only way to do it. I am familiar with the vast majority of players in this tournament and they are an honourable group of players.

That were horrible back nines... but I love this course! It's really great designed! I love that kind of landscape! But then happens this... Yes, the litle whit guy inbetween the bushes - that's me. Let's have a look from my "point of view" ... Nope, no way... But really - it's a great course! Uhhh, I've almost forgotten my points: +4 (oh yes...)

This is not a Stableford Tournament. I stated in the OP that it would be a strokeplay tournament. I only suggested that if anyone wished to play a practice round that you should play it under the Stableford format so as not to have multi rounds played under strokeplay. You may practice under any tees and pins that you wish, but when you play for real, you should only play the tees and pins that I have listed.
