The Disney exec's bonus could have paid for a 15% pay raise for every employee in the company... and still had enough leftover for a $10m bonus himself.

Not a FAKE headline:
Trump tells child at Easter Egg Roll the border wall is 'being built now'
This in reply to that headline - Trump should have the wall built with Hillary's emails... I mean no one can get over them so they would be a great barrier...

“President Trump’s approval rating has dipped to its lowest point of his term in the immediate aftermath of the redacted Mueller report release,” Tyler Sinclair, Morning Consult’s vice president, said in a statement. “This week, 57 percent of voters disapprove, and 39 percent approve of the president’s performance — a net approval rating of –18 percentage points, compared with 55 percent who disapproved and 42 percent who approved ... one month ago in the aftermath of Attorney General [William] Barr’s summary of the Mueller report to Congress.”

Not to worry, our pathetic government (in the midst of its own shitstorm) will give him a photo op with the Queen and maybe it will all blow over

I’m not sure he’ll go, knowing the reception he’s going to get. Trump don’t like them boo’s.
Got to wonder what Barr has redacted. He’s shown he’s a puppet, could someone have finally followed orders and actually obstructed justice by redaction?
It’s laughable that they avoided charges from their contact with Russians because it can’t be proven they were smart enough to know what was going on - and he avoided obstruction charges because his subordinates simply ignore his orders when they see fit.
Going awesome 👌🏻

Slightly off Trump but going to the tweets by Obama and Hillary about the massacre in Sri Lanka. They used the term "Easter Worshippers" to describe those who were killed. (sorry for the length but perhaps it is too clever of writing).
I had to go to both Twitter accounts to verify this because I honestly thought this was a hoax. In my life I have never heard of the term "Easter Worshippers". If Obama or HRC had said it on their own I would have found it 'odd' but the fact that both tweeted the exact same term, that tells me it had to be coordinated. Julián Castro also had a tweet that used this phrase.
To be fair, Easter is a holiday that is sacrosanct in Christian religion. It is not confused with any other celebration in any other religion. So in an attempt to give the former President and Sec of State the benefit of doubt, saying "Easter Worshippers" is in fact casting a spotlight on those who believe in and were celebrating Christ's resurrection. I assume there could not be any misinterpretation of the faith of someone who celebrates Easter.
That being said, I do believe the word 'Christian' would be considered more 'inflammatory' than the phrase 'Easter Worshipper." Christian refers to a full religion. Easter Worshipper is...well.. I'm not sure what it is. I suppose, is it possible for someone to celebrate Easter without being Christian? It is possible but I don't think so.
I think the answer lies within HRC's tweet which says "on this holy weekend for many faiths, we must stand united against hatred and violence." It is true that this last weekend is very important to multiple religions but the attacks were not on Mosques or Synagogues. To me this is more about a political calculation. As former leaders they are expected to issue some sort of statement. The problem is, it seems that it is such an odd, unusual and coordinated statement, that is meant to offer sympathy for the victims but at the same time, desperately attempting not to offend any one else of a differing religion, by actually not naming a particular religion.
For me, I'm not sure I'm actually 'offended' by the term 'Easter Whorshipper'. I'm more concerned with the apparent need to issue a statement that is so carefully crafted and coordinated across multiple dignitaries, as so it ensures that it is the least possible offensive statement of sympathy provided.

Just catching up with the news this evening and finally realise what you’re referencing.... the 3 day visit for D-Day celebrations 🤢 What’s the betting at some point he says “I like to call it Donald Day”. On the plus side I’m looking forward to the demonstrations and the huge baby balloon getting a run out again 👶

Maybe they are following Fox News' example Tourists, Easter worshippers lament closure of Notre Dame - www.foxnews.com/world/tourists-easter-worshippers-lament-closure-of-notre-dame*********************** GOLAN HEIGHTS (Reuters) - Israel said on Tuesday it would name a new community on the Golan Heights after U.S. President Donald Trump as an expression of gratitude for his recognition of its claim of sovereignty over the strategic plateau.

Maybe they are following Fox News' example Tourists, Easter worshippers lament closure of Notre Dame - www.foxnews.com/world/tourists-easter-worshippers-lament-closure-of-notre-dameI would agree with you if in the story itself it didn't actually identify those Easter worshippers as tourists and Catholics. In the headline itself, it differentiates tourists from those observing Easter. If Obama and HRC had actually used both Christians AND Easter worshippers that would have been different. Hell they could have said "worshippers massacred while observing Easter" and I think that would have been good. No Catholic or Christian identifies themselves, when asked what is their faith, as an "Easter worshipper." If there were attacks on Islamic Mosques on the final day of Ramadan, they wouldn't say "Eid Al-Fitr worshippers". If the attacks were on Jewish Synagogues, they wouldn't say "Yom Kippur worshippers. I'm calling this for exactly what it was, an attempt to offer a sympathetic message while remaining as politically neutral as they could. It is a clear throw-back of Obama's administration refusing to label various things as to keep from offending others.

Easter worshippers is used to describe people attending church at Easter. Heard it regularly in the news. No idea what you’re talking about Ron.

yeah I was an "Easter worshiper" because I was worshiping on Easter. I don't think the term means anything other than to emphasize the importance of the day. *shrug* whichever.
