It cuz they are playing 2 different courses over 4 days. We are just using their Sat and Sun scores.

So basically, the "RL Pro Am" tournament in the game has 2 rounds, and those rounds will be our pro partner's 2 rounds, correct? If our pro partner doesn't make the cut, we're supposed to pick another pro? That doesn't quite sound right to me -- what happens in another future tournament that DOES have a full four rounds, would we play 2 rounds with our chosen partner and if the cut isn't made then, we continue after choosing another pro?
Seems to me that it really ought to be just 2 rounds for ALL the tourneys (SAT & SUN), not just like in this one that has both North and South courses to play on. If your pro partner doesn't make the cut, that should mean that you don't make the cut and don't play in the tournament that week. If your partner does make the cut, then you play the two rounds in the RL Pro Am tournament and submit your Sat & Sun scorecards.
I can see this becoming a logistical nightmare if we're having to choose a different pro if our chosen pro doesn't make the cut, and having to make that choice between Friday's cut announcement and Saturday's tee off. I know I can't keep track of which pro would/wouldn't be available if my partner misses the cut...not to mention the fact that I'd only have to worry about my own choice, titaneddie would have to keep track of ALL players new choices!
Maybe I'm missing something and this isn't possible, but I'm leery of having to make sure on Friday whether my partner makes the cut, or if not having to quickly choose a new pro to partner with...

If your pro partner doesn't make the cut, that should mean that you don't make the cut and don't play in the tournament that week. The problem with this is what if you play one of the best rounds you've ever played, but you can't try to win because your partner doesn't make the cut? I do agree that it would be better if we don't pick another pro for the weekend, though. It's kind of unfair if the leaders aren't anybody's partner, and if someone doesn't make the cut, they could just pick them up. My suggestion is to just play by yourself on the weekend, no partner score.

I played round 1...not gonna play round 2...let's just pretend I didn't make the cut I think it would be best to skip this one and go for a tournament where 2 courses aren't being played and the field isn't basically full of plugs Just my opinion

This is one of very few tournaments where this will be a problem. The only reading we can't use the early rounds is due to real life players playing two different courses first two days and only one was created on the game. Nearly every other tourney we would be able to use the first two rounds. I do agree we should probably not pick another pro if our guy doesn't make the cut.

I agree with all this too. It's my fault, but like I said I didn't realize they'd play one round at the north course. I'm also okay with what ABU_Bear said, and you guys want to skip it that's fine too. I'll still keep track of the players that still want to play. We will definitley be okay in two weeks at Pebble beach, and it should be a much better field. So for those that wish to carry on I have no problems keeping score for them.

I hope I didn't come across as complaining, that was the farthest thing from my intentions. Just wanted to clarify something that felt a little odd to me. I'm fine with whichever way we want to go...and while I'm at it, I'll just say thanks again for all the effort you're putting into this unique event, Chad!!

It would help if I knew how to putt... Anyway, other than a 3 putt on 13 and ridiculous OB drive on 14, I'll take it.

Jimmy Walker was not Dynomite and did not make the cut. I'm going to play my rounds but not pick another player.
