Born in Wembley UK and emigrated to Australia when I was 18. It's possible that Middlesex is now regarded to be part of "Greater London"

Graham Brown Born and bred Geordie even though I support Sunderland π Grew up in Northumberland (best coastline in England btw) but now live in Tyne And Wear. I'm sure myself, lessangster and dh-nufc, could put our footballing rivalries to one side and form an all conquering north east team. Ha'way the lads

I was born and bred in West Auckland who bye the way won the first World Cup, it's true just google it. I would be the weak link in that team though Hootbleet as I'm in the Web but not made the cut so far this season. I do follow all the North East teams as well I like them to do well.

Pretty stowed off at the moment but If you both want to do this I'll join in. Im from Co Durham, work in Northumberland and support Newcastle so I think I qualify for a north east team. Gary Foster would qualify too. Up for it gfoss1986

Here is a breakdown of what we have so far. Teams will be comprised of either two or three players. If we go with three then some neighbouring counties will have to merge. Some people have stated that they qualify to represent more than one county, so I have placed them into the team that most requires players.
Yorkshire. 3 Essex. 3 London. 3 Durham/Northumbria. 3 Kent. 3 West Country. 3 Lancashire. 2 Leicestershire. 2 Northamptonshire. 2 Derbyshire. 2 West Midlands. 1 Nottinghamshire. 1 Hertfordshire. 1 Surrey. 1

Les, I was an extra as a kid in the movie they made about West Auckland winning the Lipton Trophy (the World Cup as it was then against Juventus). Some of it was filmed with Woodhorn Colliery as the backdrop and I was in the crowd watching a game. Iirc Dennis Waterman was the star of the film.

I've been to West Auckland a couple of times in the 80's when I followed Ashington as a kid. Supporters used to travel on the team bus back then.
