So seeing there doesn't appear to be many CC players in this...it's going to have to be a Cinderella Story for an advancement. Be gentle... I'm in the same group as the defending champion, talk about being thrown to the lions 😫 Lol I'm cc as well and played him 2 or 3 times in this lol.

It doesn't matter anyway... we have 5 that have responded.. so just need 1 more to fill the group, but the group is a go regardless! Now have 12 groups.

First round complete.
39 which while not troubling the big hitters was a pleasing start for me.
Beauitful course The Monarch i must say.

Played my opening 3 RDS earlier.. Match 1 v Mr Mollon @ The Monarch > 48 Decent score. Good luck Peter. Match 2 v Mr McMillan @ The House > 46 Played well, tough wind. Good luck Paul. Match 3 v Mr Walding @ Copperhead > 41 Started well, finished awful on probably the easiest setup of the opening 3 Rds.. Go Figure Good luck Paul. Will play rounds 4 & 5 in the next few days.. Good luck all & once again thanks Daniel for all your hard work I'm setting up the event..

It seemed like every pin was on a side slope that was one degree shy of getting a yellow slope.

I found the course quite receptive & I think that along with reflecting on the errors i had is why i feel disappointed with 41..Not an easy course though, tricky. I found the other 2 rounds a tad tougher, especially with the high wind in R2. I suppose it's all relative to how you play on any given course that will determine how tough or easy you make it for yourself

Good luck all & once again thanks Daniel for all your hard work I'm setting up the event.. nice scores m8, i saw your 48 first hand, you were one of my ghost balls in round 1, i was neck and neck with you till near the end and only got a 46. was also playing pablo and stewarty. in round 2 i had many swing issues, slices, too many sub 100% to count and 6,7 and 8 killed my score lol bogey 4, d.bogey 6 then a triple on 8 (ball went left, went through a rock that was supposedly solid to run down the rough beneath the rock to splash in the water, then underhit the 2nd try and OB the the 3rd went over the green then scraped a 7. so 6 shots gone in 3 holes and still made the turn +4. holed out eagle putt on 10, bird on 11, bogey on 12, holeout eagle on 13 for a 2 and 2 more birdies coming in got me from +4 to -2 lol and a nice 39 when i though 32 looked good. Stopping there as im up early and want to come in fresh and hopefully swining well. good luck tony, hope you get through m8
