Groups are located here Groups
Round 1 starts with week #2. I will take the scores from the tgc event for that week and enter them into the system. Low score wins. If both players don't make the cut.. low score after two rounds wins. Failure to play a week results in an auto loss.
Wins are worth 3 points... losses are worth 1 point. We had 28 players, so I split you guys into groups of 14. This means the season has 13 weeks, and the top 6 from each group will go into a single elim tournament.
Good luck!

Thanks for organising this Daniel. It will add a bit more spice to the season, especially for us mid-pack players.
One question. If one player makes the cut and the other doesn't, is that an auto win to the player that makes the cut, regardless of how badly the non-cut player plays in round 3 & 4?

Those that earn a promotion would be withdrawn and replaced as a bye.
Open to other ideas though.

I'm going to say yes to this...
but its also my hope that a 4 round score wouldn't be worse than a 2 round score.. lol

I would prefer that (for the weekly Web battle) all 4 rounds be considered regardless of whether a player makes the cut or not.
This would give those not making the cut a reason to finish the tournament and have a chance to redeem their first two rounds.
Anybody else agree?

I'm not even sure the leaderboard tracks the scores of those who miss the cut anyway does it?
I'm going to vote no on this as well.. but if its something the majority want, it can be arranged.

Just wanted to let you know you can drop me off this. I've decided to officially retire for season 3 and wait for TGC 2's release. In the meantime I will probably just be playing the RRCC Tour and the Seniors Tour. I've got 2 course designs that I'm working on as well and hope to have them done sometime this winter.....Thanks............Griz891. See ya Season 4

I'm another "no" vote. If I don't make the cut, I usually don't play rounds 3 and 4...got other things to spend my time on.

With regret, I agree with no. I'm like Chris, I will only carry on with rounds 3 and 4 if I've scored well in rounds 1 and 2 and think i've made the cut, but if it is a yes I will be OK with it.

Just a heads up, I am on exemption for week 4 so there will be no scores from me for next week.
