The Press Tent will be a feature on TGC Tours where you can come in after a round or tournament and answer some questions from the press. You can let off some steam or tell about some great (or not so great) shots. Some of your answers will be used in Tournament recaps. Have fun, keep it clean! Questions (answer as many or as few as you like) - What was the highlight of your round/tournament?
- What was the low-light of your round/tournament?
- What did you think of the course?
- How did you fare on the leaderboard? Who were you trying to beat?
- Ask your own question and answer it!

I'm absolutely thrilled to make the European tour after a testing Q-School tournament. I look forward to competing with fellow European tour members and I believe the competition will be great. It will be very interesting come the Major's when the players from the 2 tours lock horns for glory

Yes, good luck to all. I decided to do a crossover from PGA. Initially I wasn't, but I'm too addicted to tournament play lol.
Have fun and play well!

What made you make the trip across the pond to enter this European Tour Event? Well as you should already know I am a PGA Tour based played residing in the UK... Unfortuantly I failed to qualify for the HTOC and therefore with some Euro big hitters not present see this as a perfect opportunity to possibly break into the top 10.
Top 10 you say? Thats a bold claim! It is, It is indeed Geoff, however it is something that I think is more than achievable. Only 20 or so players finished above me in Q-School and most of them are PGA which may not cross over. Not to mention that my game has vastly improved now that I have learnt the basics of the L2 button to increase loft.
L2 Button? You feeling OK? Yeah its a new concept in golf. I wouldnt go into too much depth as I dont think you or your readers will understand what i'm waffling on about!
Fair enough. How have you been hitting in practice? I have had a few practice rounds scoring -12, -10 and -9. With the best scores I have seen so far ranging around the -14, -15 mark and not being able to be consistantly achieved I feel that if I can put 2 or 3 very good rounds together I will contend for the title.
That would be a good start to your career! Thanks for your time and best of luck out there! Thank you, its been a pleasure. Speak to you after the rounds!

Q: So, Adam, you came over here with the expectation of competing for the top prize and some valuable world ranking points. What are you thoughts now that you're about to board a flight back to the states?
A: Dissapointment is the only thought/emotion I can feel right now. Just a terrible performance, all around.
Q: What seemed to be your biggest problem?
A: Everything. There's not one thing I can point to. Hit a lot of really terrible shots all weekend. Q: You did manage to shoot a 57 in round three. What was different about that round?
A: I'm not sure. It was the only round I felt comfortable. Missed a lot of easy putts in the other rounds that went in on Saturday. Honestly, that was the type of golf I had expected to play all week. After shooting multiple rounds of 14-16 under in practice, I never saw myself settling for anything less than -45 for tournament.
Q: What are your plans when you get back stateside?
A: Practice. Maybe I won't play the next tournament drunk, as I did this one.
Q: Thanks for your time.
A: Yeah...

Hole in one at the 5th hole >>> Handy! I struggle with that hole! Whilst it isn't my worst I have only birdied it once in 5 attempts

And here comes Thrangar, lets check in a see how he is fairing?
•What was the highlight of your round/tournament? Two rounds actually, and The only thing I plan to write home about, is the eagle chip in on hole 8 in the first round. I put the ball just where I wanted, just past the hole against the back slope and brought it back to hole. Felt good! •What was the low-light of your round/tournament?
Nothing really bad to state here, I actually shot what I thought I would but was hoping for 3/4 more birds as I know the competition will get them! •What did you think of the course?
It is a real nice course has great character, the greens are too forgiving so approach shots are not that critical and that keeps everyone close on the board.
•How did you fare on the leaderboard? Well I played early so only a few were in the clubhouse, but its looks like I am a few strokes back from most of those.
Who were you trying to beat? After my first round, I knew I was just trying to make Fridays cut line, which I believe will be around 14/15 under
•Do you think it was worth the time and travel costs that you made, to get here? If I can make the cut and get a few more strokes under my belt, grab a few points and just a bit a cash then yes,, by all means it will be worth it, there is nothing like an early start to points to get your season rolling!
Thank You for your time. My pleasure.
