Good - Course management, short game Bad - making mid range putts, iron play
I used to be good with my irons, but over the past few weeks I have been having trouble hitting 100% consistently. I also struggle making 15-25 foot putts with any kind of regularity. I rarely 3 putt, but I don't make enough putts to seriously compete with the top players.
On the bright side, I feel I am very good at managing a course, except for the occasional par 5 where I get too aggressive.

Good: Just about everything
Bad: Irregularity- if my bowels were as irregular as my golf game, I'd be in very serious difficulty.

Good: Driving accuracy, playing the wind properly, getting close (within 15') on approach shots. Needs to improve: Getting 100% on almost every shot that you need to, getting the putts to drop that just slide by the hole. Those usually account for 3 or 4 strokes a round.

I feel like i can do everything well but i don't do it well enough consistently.
The only part of the game i totally trust is my putting.
Wind play is the thing that requires most work

Good - happy in general with most aspects (except those below) just not consistent enough, but I know what to do in principle, so I'm satisfied. Driving especially is really easy.
Bad - 1) Reading putts, especially when there is a lot of elevation change. 2) Judging how much the ball is above or below my feet on approach shots. No wind, hit the ball right in the middle of the cone, and it still goes 20 yards right or left of the pin...huh? I can't seem to judge the fairway slope so my approach shots seem random if the fairway isn't flat. Makes my birdie putts too far away to score really well.

Good - Lag putting, hitting fairways, conservative decisions to avoid big #'s on holes
Bad - side hill elevations vs. wind calculations, seems wind still overrides elevation differences. my chipping is the worst so i avoid it like the plague but it won't get me any better unless i practice it more. still need to work on learning rollout distances for irons and woods too.

I set up a shot perfectly (or so I think), take into account wind if there is any, hit a perfect shot and off it goes left or right 10-20 yards. Can't figure out why.....

Good: Accurate tee and iron shots, finding the beach, pitch shots. Bad: Putting accuracy, reading putts, math, holding fast greens.

Good: Accurate off the tee, distance control with irons
Bad: Chipping & pitching from inside 75yds. Struggle with club selection on large elevation changes at times.

Good: making 90% of 2 foot putts.
Bad: My putts move slightly left. I compensate but then of course I hit it straight and miss anyway.

Bad: Holing putts, particularly side slopes, chipping, playing the wind, approach shots.
Good: Drives (mostly), ummm, I have a nice shirt.

I think I'm on the cusp of being a top competitor if I can up the number of rounds I play a week. Since QSchool I've been playing the Warmup Tours and have been keeping within arms reach of the top players on PS4. I've started playing with their ghosts and I'm noticing the major difference is about 2-4 putts a round that they drop from 20 or so feet that I slightly miss. If I can tighten up my putting just a bit, I think I'll be there.
SO....
Good: Surprisingly most things. I had no idea!
Bad: 20' range birdie putts. I almost never 3 putt (probably just jinxed myself), but I need to drop a few more from that range to step up to the next tier. I'm also bad at keeping my focus if I try to play more than 2 rounds in a row. The 2nd one I start to fade and by the 3rd I'm a totally different golfer. An AWFUL golfer.
