Due to the amount of criticism and abuse I have been getting in another tournament I have decided that it is time for me to leave the forums. I am sorry to have to end the tournament prematurely but I hope that you understand my reasons. You can review the final group tables in the link below.
docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LyrNJckHmiM662g6rbKaHxLHntImBqLQ4dm_HBw33T0/edit#gid=0
The 4 group winners are
Mark Custard Steven Garrity Tim Russell Gary Best
These players will now play in the final with the highest point scorer being declared the champion. If there is more than one player tied on the winning score then I will set up a 18 hole playoff to separate them. The event is now live and you can find it under tours and titled PGA/Euro Stableford Final.
The courses are
Bamboo Pass (Sat) Olympic Club - Lake Course (Sat)

Thanks Loughrey for all your time running these tournaments. You've done a heck of a job, IMO, and I think the VAST majority of people here appreciate your efforts and feel that the events you have hosted are some of the most enjoyable on TGC. Totally understand your need to step back for a bit, but hopefully you return down the road.

Hope you stick around the community and can ignore the bad apples... at the very least to accept your upcoming community member of the year award.

I'll be sorry to see you go too. I used to help run two online golf clubs. It's borderline rewarding because of the participation by members but it is a thankless role. I hope I/we didn't take your efforts for granted. Thank you for all you've done.
