I finished up tonight. I was 20 strokes behind your pace, but really caught fire the last 4 rounds and only finished a total of 39 strokes behind you. That's almost 5 strokes per course. We are at way different levels my friend. Here is what mediocrity looks like. 5 birdies to start, then nothing but pars until the last 4 holes (with one easy par 5 birdie mixed in). It wasn't like the wind was tough or the pins tougher, just can't make putts. Great shooting though. I'd be very surprised if that -102 doesn't win. 2300+ rounds and I've never seen a round with the weather / mood of that Monsoon course. It was certainly... different. Oh, and I just had my one year anniversary of TGCT within the past few weeks and will finally get a DQ. I even managed to do that with a screenshot of my four round summary open next to my score entry webpage. I think I had a mini-narcoleptic episode while I was entering the scores. Don't enter scores when you've had a lack of sleep kids!

I just wasn't there in the head and stopped caring. I didn't want to quit so i just continued.

So this cost me a double! Roast wolf anyone? -40 through the first four. My front nine at Cerberus Caves was interesting, double bogey, seven birdies in a row, then another double with one of those annoying accidental one inch putts.

Hi scampi00 my score over all eight is a not so good -19. The monsoon 17th fairway should be dropped in the middle of the Atlantic ocean with enough weight on it to stop it emerging ever again....please!

There's many playable options, including a huge bulge where 2-3 different clubs can land safely. Anyone who looks the overhead should easily figure out a safe tee shot if they choose to not drive the green.

Because of the level I am at I found it very challenging because of the closeness of the ob. the bit of fun is probably my way of dealing with it I suppose, anyway no offence intended pal. Play well.
