Can we now rip into his terrible "BB" that he planted on his Olympics course? Or the fact all his courses had that tacky "By BoomBoom" on them? If not, oops. I was going to call my latest course: The Sentient at Crystal Lake NOT by Boom Boom Sadly I'm on PS4 and we don't have the luxury of an unlimited course name  |

well to me there is a huge different in freedom to speech and just being an arse but hey thats me ....imagine yourself as a kindergarten teacher...uooooshhhh... The definition is that you are FREE to say whatever you want. Depending on the government involved, it means you cannot be held accountable for punishment by said government for what you say. Last I checked, TGCT isn't a government. |

I don't know if it's currently possible but it would be great if all ghost balls could be eliminated. I don't see any need for anyone to have ghosts other than to gain advantage.

I don't know if it's currently possible but it would be great if all ghost balls could be eliminated. I don't see any need for anyone to have ghosts other than to gain advantage. Way to keep it even remotely on topic.  |

Look, I am against the perverted abuse of ghost balls that I think may/can go on, but Admins did not specifically state the original offense, but any can speculate. Fair enough. Been thinking about the possibility of the ensuing legal battle (which I'm sure everyone wants) however I see some problems with this one getting off the ground.
I know us Canadians are pretty relaxed on alot of things but I'm pretty sure the courts aren't going to accept a law suit using video game gamer tags. And if it's not presented as boomboom vs Crazy Canuck...well Steve vs Andre isn't going to get him very far.
Which led me to thinking...maybe we need a video game court of law. I'm sure these cases could be twitched. How awesome would it be. Up next we have a NHL '16 case. Titaneddie of the team Mid-ice Crisis is charging Colonial Kernal of The Magic Sticks of scoring too many glitch goals in the June playoffs...
