I wouldn't mind at all being a high school choir director or something...but I don't have the creds for it. Good enough to have me judge but not teach I guess. HA!

I can get you a job as a truck driver, but I doubt that would fit your needs.
Pay is good, but in order to get a local gig, you have to put in hard time first, a year of Over-the-Road work and that is very draining. Though I dont have kids so it was easier on me.
Anyhoot, good luck.
You should be able to remain in sales with your experience in the field. Perhaps get your real estate license.

reebdoog - I work for a company that is nearing the end of the startup phase and is considered a 'unicorn' based on our latest evaluations. It's in the tech industry but we are always hiring. Not sure if it is a good fit but you may want to give it a look. You can PM me for more details. I'd be happy to look over your resume at some point as well if you need some assistance there. Hey Reeb...here's a suggestion. With your background in sales and F&I maybe try to reach out to reps for warranty, GAP and credit insurance providers such as JM&A, etc... as they're always recruiting. If you can find a smaller shop that is more flexible on hours maybe you can give a little in the way of compensation but work less too. Just a thought. Good luck pal!

Jeez man...I'm so sorry dude. I don't know how I can help but if I find a way beyond praying for you I will. I need to get into voice acting in games....but it's hard to do. Done voicing for mods but I don't see how to get a foot in the door |
