I must be a glutton for punishment. I come into the elimination tourneys in my best form and by the time I finish I'm playing like a rookie. It was the same last month. Yes I will still sign up for next month. Rant over.....

Group F vs. Mark Custard 66 (-5). Nice round, Mr. Custard.
Really enjoyed this course. But too many WTF moments with swings/putts to make Mr. Custard even sweat.
Mr. Custard defeated Mr. Fox with a driver on the El Toro (lame Clue joke)

The only reason I sank my putts is because I managed to hit my approaches close. Generally my putting is a disaster. GL going forward!

Frustrating 1st round. Shot a 59 that included 2 bogeys.

lamb slaughter spring to my mind Only thing getting slaughtered is my course! The course was designed with firm greens in mind, but the setup included in the Elim tournament uses medium greens. It's amazing just how much difference it makes. Because greens are sloped back-to-front, approaches stop quickly. Glad people are enjoying their rounds, though. If you want a stiffer challenge, try the original course, or the Pin A or Pin B setups. Thanks, catcherman22, for including El Toro on the Elim tournament.

Sorry......can't get the new phone to log into this sight lol......i had 60 (-11). It's funny how your game goes in cycles.....i seem to be in one of those cycles where you find the wrong side on a slope or you always have downhill sliders......just can't find the consistancy. It's always fun though.....i love all the different courses people can think up......great designs.

Other than my eagle on 18, I just want to say this: I suck. 68. Bye bye people. No way I win this, lol. I'll play my other 4 later. You might want to use the link to submit scores. It's in the OP on page one. If I remember, this is your first Elim event. Might not be used to the score submission link. Or here is the link: docs.google.com/forms/d/1GZm2-L7jR4Gq60AWU9jI3CSmlJk9kEt74GTJxvnV6NU/viewform
