R2 -8 for a total of -17 Raymon Pullen team Europe. I started scrappy but managed to avoid bogeys. I picked it up on the back 9. Also noticing me getting better at putting. Hope it sticks....

Nice shooting mart, 1st round -9 2nd round -4 Go Europe! You too mate! That second round was tough. Missed the fairway front nine a few times and was scrambling around, +1 at the turn and then fired 3 birdies. Happy enough with it, without any practice rounds too.

Jamie Gale, Europe, match 3. Defending a 3 shot lead North47 has given me, started great at Numpty National with 2 birdies and thought I was off. Not to be, the next 6 holes were a struggle - 6 pars in a row and had to make some good putts to not give any back. Starting to feel the weight of a continent on my shoulders but a nice eagle 3 at 9 relieved that, -4 at the turn. And then my putter got red hot for a few holes, -8 through 14 and cooking on gas. Then when I wasn't looking one of those American fellas (I think it was my Stableford partner Wh0amiagan...) swapped my putter for a sledgehammer and I started blasting putts past the hole, 3 bogies and a birdie in the last four holes, -6 to finish. Not a disaster but 2 shots short of where it should have been. -9 in round one for naldy89 to go into the final round all square. Going to have to embrace the power of Poulter for round 2. Come on Europe!!

I've never played that Quarry Creek course before, I'll have to get a practice round or two in before doing it for real.... No pressure Royce, just -12 for draw, -13 for win, if you do, I'll take my hat off to you sir Gave it the old college try finishing at -10 for R2. Stupid mistakes too cost me, missed an extremely makeable birdie putt and missed 2 fairways which could have easily set up birdie tries. Makes me wish I concentrated more on R1.
