If you are reading this in 2015 - we have moved everything to this page: www.tgctours.com/Home/RulesPolicies
It's very important that you use the commish@tgctours.com email so that I can keep track of issues. If we sort out a problem in a thread, it can get lost if it's something I need to keep track of. Please, use Private Message or commish@tgctours.com for all issues.
Well don't mean to sound rude, but have you read the post at the top of this thread.

You have to be able to help yourself somewhat, all the information is there to be found: www.tgctours.com/Home/RulesPolicies#bugsFrom that: The Rules and Policies are exactly what they are. The Rules and Policies of the tour. Much like golfers are responsible for knowing the rules of golf, as a participant you have a responsibility to learn the Rules/Policies. It's not hidden, it's all right there... the exact situation you described, and exactly how to proceed should it occur.

Emailing commish@tgctours.com is always the way to go with this kind of an issues (as stated on the site) but if you were going to post this in the forums, it would have likely been more noticed in the Support forum...since that is what we monitor for issues. The News and Announcements forum is just for making Announcements.

Yes i understand that but as i said i was pointed to this thread by a link someone posted in the shout box and told to post their. But it would of been nice for someone from the staff that was around could of pointed me in the right direction at the time instead of me finding out a week to late for the 1st tournament.

I'm sorry we can't be online 24 hours a day in case you post something in the shoutbox. We're all very busy people and we do this in our spare time. There are any number of ways in which you could have reached one of us. The fact that some random person pointed you in the wrong direction and we didn't take notice surely can't be held against us.

Or, you know, you could have read the Rules and Policies of the tours you were commencing playing in. That could have been a way to go as well. I don't think it's fair to ask or expect the volunteers to monitor the site 24/7 for issues that could arise, when they have addressed those issues elsewhere for people to look up themselves. The 24/7 'hotline' is the commish email, as Jeff pointed out.
