I want that money! How do I win?
Each person to get a hole in one during the Canuck's Twitch Par 3 Hole in One Contest tournament while streaming on Twitch will be entered into a draw. If you get more than one hole in one...you get more entries.
What course?
You will be playing my newly released Bunzten Bay Par 3 Championship (Front Nine) featuring gentle, softer greens, meaning aces could possibly be abundant! You only get one shot at the tournament, so you may want to play a few practice rounds first.
Geez Canuck, are you that desperate for people to play your courses that you are offering cash?
No (although I do like the plays). The primary goal of this contest is to introduce and encourage people to use Twitch!
What's Twitch?
Twitch is an online streaming service that allows you to broadcast your gameplay to viewers. This is alot of fun when streaming your tournament rounds on PC. It is incredibly easy to set up on consoles using the twitch app and only takes a couple minutes. PC users will need to download a broadcasting software (I recommend OBS). Once you have all that setup, you are ready to go! Important: In your twitch settings, make sure you turn archived broadcasts to ON. That way we can see your round after you have gone online. If your broadcasts aren't archived, the stream will disappear after you go offline...so make sure this is ON before you start. You may have to go onto the computer to turn on this setting. Also, once you have set up your twitch account, make sure to add it to your player profile so people can use our twitch page to see when you are streaming in the future!
How exactly do I qualify? (This is important!)
1. You must be playing the Bunzten Bay Par 3 Championship (Front Nine) TOURNAMENT. Any aces recorded outside the tournament will not be counted. Tournament lasts for 7 days.
2. You must be recording your tournament round on Twitch. Microphones and Webcams are encouraged, but not mandatory (it will be fun to see/hear people's reactions if they do make an ace in the tournament)
3. If you do make an ace, you must finish the round and pause at the scorecard to verify it, Then post a link of the archived broadcast in this thread. I am only accepting video evidence. Scorecard pictures don't count.
4. All successful entrants will be put onto the "wheel of randomness" and I will pick the winner live on Twitch!
5. The winner will receive $50 that I will send via Paypal.
So get out there, make a twitch account and have fun! It only takes a few minutes, the round won't take long either. This is open to all TGCT members, so what have you got to lose?
