I often shout phrases such as "That's @!$#ing bullshit" "What the @!$#" "@!$# off" "No @!$#ing way" So the answer is no I don't Maybe just understand the game throws these curveballs? When I used to be addicted to COD my anger was terrible. I then stopped playing for a bit and went back to it every so often. All of a sudden I was a bit more relaxed about getting killed once in a while. Same applies to this game in a way. I'm learning to accept its my miscalculation rather than the game

I used to get a little crazy when I gamed, and honestly for me it was just a conscious decision to calm down. Every time I started getting a little fired up, I would just remind myself these aren't actually problems to be playing sh!tTy in a video game, and would just make a conscious effort to not blow up. When that didn't work, I would just play a different game for a bit or go for a run or see if the wife was free for 20 or 2 minutes . Over time and by breaking the habit of blowing up, I just kind of stopped, or maybe I'm just getting older and don't have the energy or enthusiasm like I used to. If all else fails, like Irving said QUAALUDES.

Every time you feel like punching a wall, drop down and do 20 push-ups. Will release the anger in a positive way and you'll get shexy pecs whilst doing so.

For sure I am not the guy to give advice on this. If this was real golf, I would need a new putter every other hole. I swear I would use it more as a pickaxe than a putter, God help the golfers behind me when they see the state of the greens I leave behind me. I swear constantly as I play the game, the wife unknowingly just winds me up even more with calls of "It's just a game"... Oh man does that wind me up!

It's not a bloody game love I'm on tier 5 of a computerised simululation of a pastime that I may or may not like, but hey, that hole had a hidden slant on the green. It's a fix all other players are cheating and/or God forbid, be a woman. Yes i will relax, just one more hole ,f@cking wind has changed now. Get drunk, very drunk, forget the mundane.live the dream

If you show up late for anger management class, you don't get credit for the class, which made that car ride even more of a test of your temper. Being late was great. You could leave if you wanted to, but that wasn't going to help you at all. I was late a few times and I always stayed, hoping to get credit for good behavior. I never did, and that made me really @!$#ing angry.
