I would just like to comment on THAT podcast iv just listened to where I was the topic of conversation for several mins, and my name was mention several times. I didn't realise I was on trial and didn't have the chance to defend myself!!!I havn done anything wrong but watch my partner play a game and want to play it myself as I enjoy computer games, I was sh%$ at the start but got advice on the "maths" of the game with regards to distance, wide etc. By doctors orders I was on bed rest (joys of being pregnant) and had alot of hours spare 2 play the game which I enjoyed. As its in my nature to be competitive I wanted to do better and be better than my beloved which now seems to much hassle as the fun has been sucked from the game if this is to happen every time I do well to get labeled a cheater! And as for the podcast I felt it was unnecessary and unfair! Coincidence or not I have over 20 friend requests on facebook off boys/men which may or may not have been as a result of that podcast - no proof to say either way which has really annoyed me as my own personal social media account is now hoping A game which I would class as fun and challenging is tainted! Back to the kitchen I shall go. IL leave the games to the boys lol Over 20 friend requests less than 24 hours after a TGCT Podcast? I don't think there's that many people that listen to it to where even if 75% of them were creepy enough to find a "Lisa Redmond" and send her a friend request would.. I've been here over a year and involved and "out there" in multiple TGCT ventures including mentioned on that very podcast and can't say I've been contacted by any member outside of Steam/TGCT. The whole story of course is plausible but some replies/members in this thread are just sketchy. Also any implications of sexism is laughable. Whether or not one should be accused publicly is another issue and any suspicions should be reported privately and anyone thinking someone like Irving was "out of line" they also should report it correctly.. Lastly this thread probably should have been locked about 5 posts in cause nothing good has come of it. /2cents PS: The most irritating thing about this thread even as a non-native English speaker is use of "were" in title..  |

This was a hilarious read. Thanks to all who contributed. As for you Lisa, keep doing what you're doing. I personally didn't mind you mopping the floor with me; I think the first tourney I played with you, you beat me by twenty haha. I'm just glad you weren't on exemption after that as I probably wouldn't have made it to cc-c by now!

Just to clear things up for all you men I can confirm I am indeed real and also a female, I find it very amusing that my gender and existence needs to be proven as it seems alot of egos have been bruised. Rather than spending your time questioning me I think you should put more time into the game! Hugs and kisses Lisa Burn... As long as it's a real PersoN.. who cares? But I'll be damned if Alf, Roger, Paul or any other non human beats me. I already have the implants, just give me my golf game. |
