I would make the argument that the easier courses would be destroyed by the better players.. so the -12 or - 13 that a cc player might shoot would be negated by the -18 that the better player would shoot.
Having said that.. I'll see if I can vary the conditions between courses.

Whenever I do these things, I sit here and sweat, did he get my score, did he get my score? Maybe an X or something to let me know the score has been received as I suppose my opponent is waiting till the last minute. TY for doing this again. I update the scores every few hours (I've posted everything I have unless I missed one)... if I posted your score, on the bracket if you click on the magnifying glass by the match, it'll show your score and your opponents blank.... once both opponents submit scores, it'll publicize the scores and show the winner.
If it gets to be more than like 6 hours (unless we're talking overnight lol) and it's missing you can always send me a pm
When you post the scores, you also have the option on the google doc to look at all the posted scores I think?

As a cc player i like the chance to play again better players Fair play Eamon! The only time it wouldnt be a level playing field on tgc I would feel is if someone was using an enhancing controller to hit nothing but straight shots or if the wind update hadn't being brought in... As it is thanks to those who monitor tgctours that's not the case... If your using a ps4 or legit controller like most are on all tours then its very much a level playing field. Yes there are varying skill levels but that exists in real sport as well as virtually as we all know.. Despite the tour your playing on, everyone on tgc has an opportunity to play any course in order to practice..its not as if being on a lower tour prohibits that..Its about trying to pick a balance of courses that vary in difficulty. Then all are catered for... within reason Thanks Dan once again for taking your time out to set up this event!! Much appreciated!!

Just finished my round up. Congrats, Wildrover on the match. I admit I was outmatched by the course and conditions, but was proud of my round. I ended up 33-35 with two bogies on holes where I found the bottom of the valleys on the greens. On 11 I putted and ended up back at my feet and two putted from 37 ft after that. I ended up at the bottom of the 18th green after my approach shot came in from the left and rolled up too high up the back ramp and rolled right past the pin and all the way down the second ramp too, heh. I was celebrating the shot as it slowed down right by the pin until it kept rolling. I missed 5 putts at 10 feet and under, and those are the ones I need to do a better job on. I was real happy with my driving and iron play, but just a bit out of practice on fast greens like these. I made a couple bad reads and babied it on a few short putts as the slope behind them scared me too much.

I just got on a roll and got a bit of luck too with eagling a par 4! As I've stated recently.. There's a very fine margin on tgc between an average scoring round and a very good one..

Yeah I agree. You see this in the forums all the time (especially in CC), when its a harder course, you get a lot more moaning about how "terrible" people played than when its an easier course.
The only win I've ever gotten in the elimination brackets was on one of the harder course (think it was RollingRock Everbladez) against a PGA opponent when I was in web. I'd never really played firm/fast conditions at that point, but due to the difficult conditions, a lot of players struggled then and upsets were able to happen.

You'll definitely make it into round 3 if i somehow survive round 1..lol Oh... don't say that. On a good day, I can even beat "The Machine" (as I did in the last Elimination Tourney). But on a not so good day, everything can happen. Looking forward to your course selection for Round 2. Choose it wisely. PS: Are you going to play on PC or PS4?

(PS this all looks great by the way.) thanks dh-nufc for losing so smurfblade88 can show me how this game is supposed to be played can I offer u the win without showing up kinda like Liverpool?
