I'm guessing it's down to a lot of successful promotions to the web and no demotions. Tim mentioned there is going to be a change in rules soon to make it more dynamic. Could be bad news for us cut missers I find the dynamic in CC to be way off. CC-D and CC-E are the largest tiers. I think at the very least they should drop CC-Z..and combine CC-A and B. With the amount of people playing each week I think you could do that and still keep the cut off for strikes where it is.

Also with the 100 web cards given out last year and the amount of sandbaggers in the lower tiers hovering up trophies (we all know it's happening) it's caused this hole.
There is some in web 2 but with the vast amount of sandbagging in CC I'm surprised you aren't playing on a desert course every week:D .

With the sandbagging it makes it near impossible for the average(pretty good) CC players (like myself) to move up the tiers.

I understand and complain about it on web but I know it's far worse in CC was happening when I was there and I do look every no and again and see some very suspicious cards and lads not turning up for comps.
