Hey guys,
Just a heads up..this hasn't been mentioned for a while and there are a bunch of new designers now so I thought I would just touch on this.
PLEASE just submit one version of your course to the TGC Database...even if it has been multipinned, or updated...please don't resubmit and submit multiple versions of the same course. It clutters up the course database and I have to manually delete each one, which is a bit of a pain. Just as long as one is in there...we will find your other versions when we search in-game.
Thanks!

A little bump for this, which may be interesting for new designers (Admin - sticky perhaps?)

This should be printed on the course submission page on TGCTours.com, but thanks for the reminder. It's definitely a good idea to have this thread pinned to the completed courses forum too.

What is the procedure for submitting courses for TGC Tours consideration? Is there a designated thread? Is there a submission page somewhere on the site? Not seeing anything and would like to submit my latest when it's completed.

Well, I figured what the heck. Nothing ventured nothing gained. I submitted my course and we'll see what happens.

Hi thank you for my course approval.....I have played my course recently and have noticed that hole 9 on the set of pins number 4 is unplayable on the green! The hole is situated on too steep a hill and always rolls off....not sure what to do?? Do I need to remember submit? I don't want the course selected for a tournament and that hole ruins everyone's 4th round. Its Emerald Lakes Golf Club. Thank you Aron

Thank you Aron You can republish your course under a different (but similar) name and then reach out to a reviewer to ask for the name to be amended in the course database. Aside from that, if the schedulers decide to use your course, they will ask our rangers to check it out. Afterwards, the schedulers will reach out to you with a list of recommended changes. Once that happens, we'll be sure to use the correct version of your course.

Would like to get sorted so that everyone can play it fairly now..

I noticed that I actually just did this. I had (at least what I thought) to be a oroblem when I went to go publish. Then by the time I had noticed, I had published it a couple times. I’m not quite sure how to go about deleting the extras.

I’m not quite sure how to go about deleting the extras. This thread is about submitting your course to the TGCTours.com database for review at the following link: tgctours.com/Course/Submit. If you submitted your course more than once, the standard procedure is to reject all the duplicates and to review the first time you submitted. There isn't a way to delete courses in-game, but to publish more than once, you would have had to select "published course" from the designer menu.
