Product Manager
Hi guys, we're very happy to announce Matt Lazell (Fuzion) has come on board as our new Product Manager. The entire team is very familiar with Matt - he's a regular on our mumble channel and as such, we've come to know what Matt can bring to the table. First thing - this guy is very smart - he has a PhD in a long word I can't spell. He's a problem solver, a thinker and a go-getter (Speed Golf anyone?). We've had his name on our short list for a long time.
We've got some things cooking behind the scenes that he'll be the point guy on. I can tell you that one of them will be to integrate Speed Golf into TGC Tours. The other two will have to wait a bit longer. Matt will also oversee the team that will monitor the Suggestions forum and come up with features/ideas for TGC Tours.
Coder
We are also very happy (Tim x10) to add Clay Schlegel (bagel7) as another web developer. He will help take some of the load off Tim and code some of the features and fun stuff we haven't had a chance to get to yet. According to Tim he's a Front End type of guy while Tim is a Back End guy - so the two will complement each other nicely (sit down Irving!). Clay's front end expertise will take the site to a another level so I'm really excited to have him here!
Exciting times at TGC Tours - the admin team is re-energized - and with the added help we're ready to finish Season 1 with a bang and then the sky's the limit for Season 2!

great additions! Surprised after tims clarification you only left the job advert open for 24 hours! Sure you would have got more applications including from me! But alas by the by you have got a great team running and it's good to see it expanding with people who care about the community and want it to progress further
