This probably has been asked but...
I thought I read somewhere that there will be a cut between round 2 and 3 like real tourneys. If so, what will the timeframe be for playing rounds 1-2? I would assume that the cut would take place sometime midweek, so maybe Wednesdays/Thursdays?

With a whole week to play some might not start playing until late in the week so we won't know about cuts until it's over..I could be wrong..Maybe estimated though.

I would assume that the cut would take place sometime midweek, so maybe Wednesdays/Thursdays? Good question and one that we'll make sure is visable when the Tours kick off. There are two ways the members can go about it First of all let's go over the schedule for tournaments with cuts
- Tournaments will be created on Saturday mornings (EST time) and run until the following Monday (9 days) - this will give everyone two weekends to complete each week on tour
- Cuts will take place on Thursday nights (there will be a countdown timer) - R1 and R2 must be submitted by this deadline
- Members have two options on how they go about playing their rounds - see below
Option 1: Play all 4 rounds prior to Thursday and submit- Good for those that have limited time to play and may not be around the 2nd weekend of the event or are confident they'll make the cut and don't want to wait
- If you don't make the cut you waste 2 rounds of your time (the R3 and R4 scores will be listed as MC - missed cut)
Option 2: Submit R1 & R2 by Thursday and wait to see if you make cut - Good for those that have time to get R3 and R4 in on the second weekend
- If you miss the cut you don't waste playing two extra rounds

This will overlap tournaments but is the most flexible schedule we can come up with to accomodate everyone's busy lives.

I like the idea of waiting to see if I made it.. Sometimes my game drops of if I go for all 4 rounds in a night.

Sometimes my game drops of if I go for all 4 rounds in a night. Keep in mind you can still play the four rounds over the first 6 days of the tournament - they don't have to be all at once.

This is unrelated but I didn't want to start a new thread but what happens when two or more members tie for a particular tournament? Any playoff type thing in place for that?

Winner is decided by lowest 4th round. If still tied moves to third round through to first. If still tied we'll throw the names in random generator to spit out a winner.

Will a sponsor exemption be the only was for non-card holders to make the field? (Will there be Monday Qualifying for opens?) Is so, won't that leave most fields well under the real life field size?

Surely if 2 or more people tie for major u should set up a 18 hole play off streamed live to the rest of the world to watch that would be sweet!
