I'm sponsored and shot a -24 so hopefully Jordan that is the best sponsored score of the week lol. I think I'm in. Another good score from CC-B!! Well done. @c-flo4344 My biggest issue is putting. I think I'm getting slightly better but it's very slow progress.

Yeah, I think overall I'm getting better (five straight top-25s on CCA) but I definitely go through hot/cold stretches with the putter...

Putting has been killing me Lately. I am now able to atleast get my self into 12-10 range or closer on most holes, but just can't sink 'em. Was trying out some different stuff last night and I hope next week I can make at least 50% to 70% of those putts.
8 foot was the longest putt I sank 1st round!

Yeah you gotta putt. I tell you what really helped me was moving the meter forward and backward when it's uphill or downhill and that way it feels like a level putt. And I don't think I've had a 3 putt in like 3 weeks. Thanks for the congratulations too. I'm ready to try for this web tour.

Yeah, that's basically what I do, and usually my speed is very good (I rarely three-putt)... I just have issues reading the breaks and thus rarely make birdies

I have issues with breaks too and mainly when they are for birdies. I've just played my first round. -1 which I'm quite happy with. You wouldn't believe the number of par putts I mate from 10 to 15 feet. Then when I got easier birdie chances I missed. Battled to stay even through 8, missing a couple of easier birdies. I finally birdies the 9th. I was gutted when I bodied the 10th, my par putt was right on line but somehow jumped out. I didn't hit it that hard. I missed a couple more chances and continued some great par saves. I had a long ish chance for birdie on the last. I was extatic when it when in! It's a good score in that wind, it could have been much better but could have also been much worse. Plenty to do still, I must start making birdies.

great shooting Jordan -28 looks like i will be going back down to cc-b not close to that. shot -11 and was happy with that just not comfortable on this course best round I could shoot was 65 on the last 2 rounds. not close enough to holes on approach to make an easy putts 20-30 feet is way out of my range. was happy on 3rd round don't think i had a boggy i'll be back up here again in cc-a when the time is right LOL who know when that will be great shooting guys those -20 are fantastic!

Made some birdies in 3 and 4 finally -- 64, 62 gets me to -24... Hoping that can get top 10. Reading through the various posts about adding a bit power and not taking as much break helped... Plus I made a couple 20-25ers...

I finally got to complete the gut wrenching first round. I sank a 20 ft double breaker on 18 to get to -3. I was happy with the round. Only one bogey but not a lot of short birdie opportunities for me.
After hitting almost all the fairways in Round 1 I went ahead and hit my tee shot for round 2. Of course in only 9 mph wind I end up in the heavy rough. Hopefully that is not a sign of things to come when I pick it back up.

I'll just tap them & they shoot off. I've been trying to position my ball for uphill putts, but in the mad winds its not easy.

Yep! Register in B -- I think you'll be automatically registered in the A tournament if you end up qualifying to do so.

Finished up my first tourney as card-carrying CC-A member: R1 = 79 (+8) Worst. Round. Ever. It was my horrible putting that killed me this round more than the wind. Three-putted many, many holes! R2 = 61 (-10) Started off on a blistering pace, -6 after 7 holes, then started to miss very makeable birdies and parred a lot of holes that should've been birdies. R3 = 62 (-9) R4 = 64 (-7) Less than stellar -1 on front-nine, burned it up with -6 on the back-nine. Total = -18 Another tourney for me with three fantastic rounds to go along with one horrible round. Oh well, it should be good enough to keep a "clean record" (i.e., no strikes), but it probably landed me just outside of the top-25.

Good 2nd round, 3rd round could have been amazing but just -5 in the end, missed putts etc. 4th round, my worst even par round ever. Read about it in the drop ball on green discussion. Promotion blown again!!!!
