So recently I've been playing very well. I started in CC-D, got a couple of wins, got my exemption to CC-C, and now I find myself on exemption in CC-B.
My confidence is high and I genuinely believed I'd stay in B after this week and fight for an exemption to CC-A next week just because of how well I was playing in tournaments and all the rounds I play on difficult courses with a few practice pals at night. The guys I play with are CC-A and Web players and I'm never too far behind them.
Anyway....
This weeks tournament at Le Golf has really knocked me down a peg and maybe I needed it. An awful display of putting for 3 and a half rounds. I'm really dreading the stats this week. Im certain if there was a stat for lip outs this week, I'd be near the top.
Unfortunately I won't be near the top come the end of the event and I will be heading back down to CC-C next week for sure.
Good luck everyone and hopefully I will be back soon to try again.
74, 70, 65, 68. (-7)

Well another tournament another hurricane I guess. I don't understand the 20mph wind in these things. I'm waiting for the event in the rain. Still managed a -9 even with my +4 on the first round and breaking even on the last round. I just hope it's enough to get rid of the strike on my card.

I have no doubt having watched you play numerous times you won't be in CC-C for long if you do stay there. Sometimes rounds like that just happen...just makes you more determined to try and score better next tourney!! Keep playing like you have been and you'll be fine.

Hey guys
Not sure whats going on with the scoring but looking at a scorecard, shows 73(+2) but -3 shows up as total for round 1 (Sorry Chris Duckling) didn't mean to point you out, but this could be a bug, I'm not sure ,but need clarification, thanks!

Well goodbye CC-B and hello CC-C. I just started my first round at Le Golf and after getting 20mph winds and going in the water on the 1st and third, I thought 'I don't need this aggro'.
My wife underwent a 3-4 hour major operation to remove a cancerous kidney yesterday and I thought that having a round of golf might have relaxed me a bit, but sadly it didn't, quite the reverse. So 3 holes played and thats it. So it will be classed as a withdrawal and give me my third strike, still its not the end of the world, my wife is more important than TGC at this moment in time.
So good luck to everybody and will see you in CC-C in a few weeks.

Can anyone confirm as just seen conflicting info on the website one part says if you are in 15 shots of the worst scoring winner you get an exemption (confident used to be 10) but the example says 10 shots.
Hoping that its now 15 as after a steller 69 in the gale round 1 I couldn't make a putt on round 2 and only had a 68 and am already 10 shots off the leader of CC-A.
Any info would be much appreciated.

Just need Colby MacMillan to cool of his jets and might scrap it ! 67/60 is some shooting on the first 2 rounds with the gale on round 1 aswell very impressive.
