Ok all....Let's start the horror stories....
I finished all 4 already. I stopped caring after my 2nd 4-putt from inside 8 feet. It'll be interesting to see where it shakes out. I'm thinking 6-under ought to do it for our group.
Me: 75 11-12 MPH 79 14-15 MPH 77 12-15 MPH 68 7 MPH
Played with ghosts.....several of you must feel the same way I do about these greens. I wanted to stomp on them - maybe soften them up.
Can't wait til next week....maybe putting on asphalt?

Would be nice if -6 was the winning score, then I may finish top 30 and lose the strike from Pali I'm going to get. Finished -1 for this one.
R 1 - 69 R 2 - 75 R 3 - 73 R 4 - 70
Same winds pretty much
Next week is going to eat me up. Just did a practice round there (well till I rage quit) and the winds were 18 MPH. Hard to even get a GIR on the par 4's in these winds

Two things: 1) good lord, it's crazy how birdie looks can turn to bogeys on these greens 2) too many dog leg rights with sand short making you choose 3 wood short and left over driver over the bunker.

Just finished my first 2 rounds at 72-73. Couldn't build any momentum, made some birdies only to bogey the very next hole a couple times. I usually get pretty pissed when I three-putt, but all I found myself doing today was laughing at these comically stupid putting surfaces and hole locations. Hopefully I can play well enough in R3 and R4 to get under par - would be pretty happy with that this week.

Just saw the leaderboard....guess I just suck...a lot more under par than I would have expected. Ken

Cannot find the tournament under tours? Every other tournament is up (2 up there twice because of typos but cannot find the cc tournament)
EDIT: I'm an idiot. Presumed it was still under tours and not a tournament. My apologies.

First three rounds were really tough in high winds which I really struggled with, last round was a lot better in 5-6mph winds. Some silly scores getting posted! My rounds all completed with 71 73 73 64. Enjoyable but tough.

basically called it a day mid way through rd 2. pin placement with 15mph winds for the tourney was just silly. nothing better than having an approach shot into the wind from 190 out with the pin sitting on the top of a ridge.
don't play today, sit it out and take a shot tomorrow hoping that the winds die down.
took a +5 in rd 1 and in rd 2 I was just put off by the pins and winds so I just finished it out with a +10. I'll take my X on this clown course and try to pull my butt back in a top 40+ finish next week.

Got my CC-C card too late to register for this, but I tried the tournament anyways. 71,75,71,70 (-1) with more ridiculous breaking putts leading into more ridiculous breaking putts. Duck hooked the drive on #1 into the water in the second round since I was taking the first shot before I left somewhere real fast and wound up with a triple bogey and then just played the rest in par. It was fun though, despite the number of times I may or may not have cursed under my breath after many putts grazing past the hole and winding up 6-7 feet away. Some of these pin locations cannot be legal, haha. Really looking forward to next week's course in these winds.

Admin hooked up the registration for me- very helpful. Send an email to the commish! (I believe it's Doyley that responds)

Guys just want to check, I submitted all my scores at the same time (as per above) and noted they aren't showing on leaderboard as having been submitted, have I done something wrong or does this normally happen? Was looking for an accurate update on other scores to see how I compared as this was my first tourney!!
