If you can find a regular 2ball partner and don't mind the round lasting 45mins then do it. Nothing quite like laughing at each others expense or even willing them on to sink that eagle putt to make the cut.

This doesn't seem logistically viable due to time constraints. Not only would rounds take twice as long, and longer if you are a quick player, but you would also need to coordinate schedules with another person.
I like being able to turn on the game and bang out a few rounds when time permits. I wouldn't want to wait on anyone, or be obligated to play on their schedule.

It is asking if you would play better, worse or the same if you had to play live turn based with other people. Looks like most think it would screw up their mojo But maybe that is the missing link to more realistic scores? Haha

That would take a long time..I can imagine : Player 1: "Hold on, need to tuck the kids in." Player 2: "Be back in 30 minutes, Dinner time." Player 3: "Need to pick up my kid." Player 4: "Thank goodness I'm single." Better, I think. Would give me time the lose the rage after making a bad shot. A lot of times I just try to fight through the anger and it seldom works. When I get upset and react at an errant putt, sometimes the commentator has the exact same reaction as me. This always helps me chuckle and realize that it's just a game.
