Greystone Ranch..Not Approved This only has 3 pinsets...4 required. I was wondering since I got an email saying approved, and showing approved on the course listing, then got an email saying not approved about 30 min later. If I add a 4th pin set and republish, will it be approved? Ty Resubmitted under "Greystone Ranch CC" with added 4th pin set

Thunderhead Pointe - Not Approved
Mass spamming the same tree is not a great look. Could use some work on sculpting, especially around the greens and bunkers.

Three Palms Golf Resort and Spa - Not Approved
I'm assuming this submission was supposed to be Three Palms Golf & Spa Resort. At any rate, the opening tee shot features a fairway where my drive hits the fairway and proceeds to roll back 60 yards thanks to the 30% slope in the fairway. The third hole is immediately blind off the tee to a fairway full of giant mounds which sent my tee shot 90* left into water that I also couldnt see from the tee.

Creon Golf Club - Not Approved
TGCT requires courses approved in our database to have 4 pinsets. If it did have 4 pins, it would still not be approved due to a combination of: - significant sculpting issues - bunker surfacing issues - plants and trees in the fairways

Matilda Hill - Not Approved
The strategy of your hole designs are solid. However, there are significant sculpting and surfacing issues that you'll continue to improve upon with future courses as you spend more time in the designer.

Cape Lookout - Not Approved I get what you're going for with the hole strategies but ultimately technical proficiency with the designer tools is what holds this back from approved. If you're on the boards and are interested in a twitch playthrough for feedback, respond here and I think you could really benefit from the feedback WhatAboutAmeobi and the designers in his twitch chat can provide. Also, the lighting on your re-publish as "Cape Lookout Links" is easier on the eyes and shows off the sculpting more so that's the one I would suggest Ameobi reviews.

MOOSEHEAD ~EST 1867~ - Not Approved Most of these hole strategies work but the greens are verrrry small and fairways quite narrow. The first hole is mostly blind and the fourth is very blind off the tee. Having your first two par 3's blind off the tee is not ideal. The 5th hole is what ultimately moved this to not approved for me. I need to hit a 290y tee shot around a golf cart, shelter and over trees to reach the fairway and have a chance at reaching this par 4 green from 230 out. If I play to the left, then I have 270+ in for the approach. Unfortunately with a 7mph wind in my face, I can't take the line needed to reach the fairway and am forced to play well left, hit a wedge down the fairway and then a long iron into the green.

We might as well rename this thread to the "Mctrees"-thread.

I hope you added the appropriate points for this course being named after the largest Canadian owned brewery...

carnoustie golf club 2021 - not approved
While the course itself is playable, TGCT has a higher standard for RCR courses. None of the tee sets are close to matching up with the real Carnoustie yardages and the par of 71 is also not in line with the real Carnoustie.

Clearwater Creek
Sculpting was off. Blindness on the first hole and bunkers on the second that weren't sculpted. Scaling was off, some trees were abnormally large.

Maple Downs-
Sculpting issues throughout. Too much was blind. Bunkers need some work.

Roan Oak Country Club (Lidar) - Not Approved
For lidars and RCRs there are higher standards for accuracy. The surfacing and planting were the main issues, the second hole in particular had very questionable surfacing and on the 3rd hole the planting made the hole blind.

Beau Rivage Final Lidar - Not Approved
A few issues with this one.
The course website says there is up to 75' of elevation and this course is essentially flat. The planting is mostly multi-plant blue flowers, and there are also trees blocking off the views on several tee shots. The greens being published at 101 was not good either.
This might also be a good time to mention that sub-par (IRL) courses aren't the best candidates for database submission. If you want to build your home course that's great and there's nothing wrong with it, it's just not best suited for this kind of thing.

I know this isn’t probably where this should be posted, but I see an issue I’m trying to resolve before my course is reviewed! I created and submitted The Man in Black, the screenshots were taken and were correct. This morning the screenshots on the My Designer page are of some other course completely. I did submit a ticket, I just want this resolved before approval because I don’t want anyone to be confused. I’m very proud of my course and don’t know what other course these pictures are from. Thank you, sorry if the wrong place to post!
