Walked off with a 1st round 63 (-8) and never been so frustrated. Unless you get close with the approach the putting can be very tricky. Interesting course, having par on those par 5s should be considered a dropped shot really.

Interesting course, having par on those par 5s should be considered a dropped shot really. Biggest thing is keeping your head and not blowing out cos you didn't birdie (like I did!!). Some of the holes it's easier to come up just short of flag and leave yourself an uphill putt. Hopefully wind won't pick up cos it makes it even trickier! Best of luck

So after an opening round of 57, second round I didn't get it going until the back 9. Shot a 62 for a two day score of -23. 3rd and 4th rounds I felt like I missed so many putts that would have gave me an opportunity to come close to the -17 course record, but in the same breath, I made some very long and difficult putts that I normally do not make so it evened out. Closed with back to back 59s to shoot -47 for the tourney. My best 4 rounds in any tournament by 24 strokes. Playing in low winds helps, but something about this course just clicked.

Very easy course and although there was lag it didn't seem to affect swing at all. I have no explanation for my pitiful first round of 70. After a top 10 last week it couldn't have gone downhill and more quickly. I should have kept to my routine and not played after an early finish from work. The wind was 10mph plus but that's no excuse. Nothing worked out there today. I Suppose that's golf. Off in a sulk now!

Most frustrating rounds on TGC Tours so far... Breathe..... Putting was a real challenge this week. Bring on the next one though!

Was cruising right along at 32 under after 3 rounds and absolutely pissed her right down the drain... 68 final round 35 under total. On to the next I guess. Damn I'm so frustrated.......

Looks like you and I went almost shot-for-shot this tournament: -we're currently tied at -11 after the 1st round -I'm at -31 after the 3rd round, 1 shot behind you -started hooking everything in the 4th round, managed to get -7 on the last round to finish at -38.....I know that -7 in a round is good, but it just seems like a let-down with the easy course combined the 3 great prior rounds going into it. I believe I parred most, if not all, of the par-5s on the last round. Getting par on these par-5s is like dropping a shot on the tournament leaderboard. R1 = 60 (-11) R2 = 61 (-10) R3 = 61 (-10) R4 = 64 (-7) Total = 246 (-38)

After reading this thread I am more confused then ever about tournament winds. I played rounds 1-3 last night under steady 9-12 winds. However I notice that some players are implying playing under lighter winds. Am I misreading this? Did everyone play under the same 9-12 winds?

I shot well for myself in R1, R2, and R4, but fell apart in R3. Nothing seemed to be working. I found the course to overall be easy despite not even sniffing the top 10 based on scores that are already posted on the PS4 but those Par 3s really frustrated me. They were all the same - short with a significant altitude drop. Would have liked to see some variety mostly because I'm a terrible judge at whether to drop 1 or 2 clubs or drop 1 but loft it, etc.

I thought tournament winds were now standard for all competitors with the previous update. Did I miss something? Wind is still not set. It was meant to go live yesterday. The latest I can find on the HB forum is - Hey guys we held it back to investigate an issue and try to find a less disruptive time to release it.
