I joined the field in this event, via an exemption earned on CC-A last week. I finished the Boise Open rounds yesterday at -48. Definitely not a winning score for this week, but hopefully it's enough to earn myself a permanent spot back on Web.com. There should be some really low scores this week if you top guys can catch some low winds... good luck! If all four rounds were played right now, you'd win by 20! Regardless -48 is a great score.

That had to be the strangest TGC Tours tournament I have ever played. I'm simultaneously happy and disgusted with my play. Played the whole tournament just now in anywhere from 9-16 mph winds, which set the standard for some very weird scoring; and made the risk-reward factor perhaps too extreme for my liking. I was so inconsistent-if you played this course in serene conditions, every hole (except for #9, which I somehow played into the wind every round 12-15 mph, needing a driver-3 wood to reach the green the one time I hit the fairway) was easily birdieable. And I even thought in these conditions a 57 or 58 was possible. Instead, with the wind, being just a fraction off could result in utter disaster. I had to take an unplayable on 6 (round 3) and 17 (round 4) after going down the cliff, and was fortunate to save bogey each time. However, on #4 on Sunday, I got screwed and had to retee when I bounced into the hazard laterally, leading to a double bogey.
I finished at -20 (67-65-64-72). The 67 featured bogeys on 12 (after making a mess of things with the short game) and 14 (the really short par 4; also making a mess with the short game). The 65 was bogey free and featured 7 birdies. The 64 featured 9 birdies, an eagle, and three bogeys. The 72 featured 7 birdies, 5 bogeys, and a double bogey. Talk about consistency!

Played the tourney cold and was happy with -27 - would have put me 19th! Earned my spot in CC-A so I'll see how it goes there. Good luck this week

(had no wind in round 4) Round 1 Round 2 Round 3 Round 4 BUNKERS HIT 4 3 4 0 DRIVING ACCURACY 57.1% 64.3% 71.4% 100.0% GIR 77.8% 83.3% 72.2% 94.4%

Yeah and would you believe there are still people out there that think the wind update won't be good for the game and even the playing field haha. Not long now fingers crossed.

They know that the wind update will make equal playing conditions for everyone....they don't want that. I don't want to beat someone because I had lower winds or vise versa but I may be in the minority.

I was very proud of my 6th place finish on Web A, the week the wind update was in place. Even though I played really well this week, I can't help but think I had an unfair advantage vs. you guys that dealt with 12mph+ winds every round. It'll be nice when we're all on a level playing field again.

In any given wind, that total was superb.

Congrats to Shawn "The Riot" on great shooting and his first victory! In fact, there were lots of good scores posted this week. Well done, everyone, and good luck next week! I'm gonna be trying my darnedest to try and not embarrass myself with a sponsors exemption on the PGA tour.
